Alaskan Cruise Early SEP 2023 I am back home following my Princess Cruise from Seattle into the Alaskan Inner Passage, and just wanted to thank you for all your help in planning this vacation. On Monday I completed the Princess Cruise survey and provided mostly positive reviews and a couple shout outs to the ship crew for great service. I also wanted to let you know that even though you did not mean to make it an option, my Chilkoot Lake wildlife paddle from SEAK Expeditions during the Skagway port on September 5th turned out to be beyond my expectations - the weather conditions were great, the scenery beautiful, Joe the guide was very helpful and took myself and two others on the Royal Princess to the lake in his van and let us secure personal belongings we did not need on the water in his van, plus when we got to the park, we stopped along the running river to the lake and from a safe distance witness three bears in the river hunting salmon, plus we spotted a couple eagles along the shore during the paddle. The instructions sent in preparation for the excursion were very helpful, I did have to call the number to make sure I met the right person at the Skagway port and it was a rep taking me to the fast ferry from Skagway to Haines that happened to dock right by the Railroad Dock where the Royal Princess was. Plus, the ferry ride was very scenic and enjoyable. One other big highlight I should mention was the Gold Creek Salmon Bake that was part of the Juneau expedition that we did book through Princess with our excursion and onboard credit. The setup was great, the food excellent, and it was neat to dine along the running creek and do a quick walk to the waterfall where salmon were spawning. And, thanks to your great service, the Princess Plus package worked perfectly for us, and at the end of the cruise, I only ended up paying an overage to Princess of $2.67. Again, thanks for your help and great service, this was truly worth it.

From Fairbanks to Vancouver, whether we were on land or sea, the trip was amazing! Every town was welcoming, and the weather was perfect. The excursions exceeded all of our expectations with encounters of wildlife I only thought we would be able to see but were not disappointed; from grizzly bears to bald eagles eating salmon during rafting tours with clear views of Mt. McKinley as a backdrop, words and pictures cannot describe. This trip had been on our list for several years, but due to covid, it had to be delayed but so glad we were able to make this happen with you & all of your Teams help & suggestions. If we were to do this trip again, I could only hope we would be so blessed once again. Thanks so much for all your patience & direction to make this an enjoyable & memorable experience! Owner First time on Virgin Voyages really awe experience onboard! The restaurants are really great with six different sit down cuisines and NO buffets. The are numerous other casual options from noodles to tacos, pizza and burgers. This was the fourth or fifth week on this new ship and the only rough spot was with some shore excursions being canceled or being a little off.
