This was our first time using a travel agent. Tee was wonderful in working with an associate agency to arrange our trip, and customize it for our preferences. Unfortunately, about half of our tip was interrupted due to Covid 19. It was very reassuring to have Tee as an advocate during this, as the situation was fluid and chaotic. She helped with several cancellations and rebookings, despite the inconvenient time zone differences, and as a go between with the local agency. I can't say enough about Tee and how easy she made honeymoon planning for my husband and I at our first ever all inclusive resort in Grenada.
