Amber Handles our trip from start to finish with no problems! She is wonderful!
I have personally recommended Amber to family and friends. She is great to work with and has personally been my families' savior more than once. The true value of a travel agent was underscored when we were diagnosed with COVID while on a cruise and she worked tirelessly to rearranged our travel to accommodate the quarantine requirements and all the transfers and flight arrangements to get us home. Without her, it would've made a bad situation FAR worse. SO she gives great advice, follows through on her promises and is there when you need her most, I cannot think of anyone else I would want in my corner.

Amber was outstanding. She assisted us with the setup and travel to the port as well as locating a nice boutique hotel in Miami. We are seasoned cruisers so that part was great...until COVID struck our party. This was when Amber really shined. While we were in quarantine on board ship, she was busy until late in the night (past midnight) ensuring our travel was all updated, locating a condo where we could quarantine on shore, ensuring it had some level of room service and then modifying our travel arrangements to get us back home after our quarantine period was over. She also worked with Royal Caribbean to try and get our second stateroom covered by our next cruise contract, I know there are cheaper cruises available, but what we went through is the very reason why having a travel agent at your side is the only way we will travel.
Amber got all of our questions answered, even when she had to go back to Celebrity multiple times. Trip was great and everything went smoothly.
Carolyn helped my wife and I plan our honeymoon last summer and I can’t imagine doing it without her!
