Everything was so great! The girls had so much fun, thanks for arranging our travel.
The resort was AMAZING. I can't think of a single thing I did not like. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The pool and beach were so accessible, clean, and beautiful. The staff was INCREDIBLE! Every staff member that we interacted with at the hotel was super friendly, professional, and respectful. Five star treatment. The food was also really delicious. We ate at El Meson for breakfast and Madero for lunch by the pool a few times. The food was innovative, fresh, and really tasty. Added bonus that there was a Starbucks inside the hotel as well! A few of us went jetskiing and the hotel concierge was really helpful arranging times and transportation for us. I think the only issue I could make a complaint about would be that the elevators were a little slow haha! Without a doubt would stay there again.
The transfer company, Gray Line, was flawless. We had no issues locating their staff at the airport, and they even made a stop at an OXXO for us to buy water even though they weren't technically supposed to. The vans were roomy, clean, and felt very new. Pickup was right on time and the staff was always very helpful with our luggage.
We highly recommend both this hotel and the transfer company to any of your future clients looking for a relaxing getaway in sunny Cabo.

I had such an amazing trip to New Jersey and Brazil because of Annie and Vince! It literally would not have happened without their assistance. Each time I hit a snag in my planning (i.e. not getting my visa for Brazil in time, finding the right layover location), Annie and Vince had a solution that saved the trip. Having them plan the trip make my life so much easier! Every aspect of the trip came together because their attention to detail. They planned the exact trip that took in to account my budget, age and interests! Any time there was a challenge or confusion they were available to help me figure it out. I wish I had found them years ago! I have already referred all my friends who will be traveling and I highly recommend them to anyone who is planning to travel!
