To Whom it may concern:
Stacey Todd commenced representing me in June of 2018 when she booked a passage on the Viking Sun's world cruise beginning on September 1, 2019. She handled all of the technical aspects of the bookings, answered such questions as to how many coat hangers will I have in my stateroom, will I be able to obtain the kind of alcoholic drinks I like, etc. Stacey also acted as the intermediary in handing all of my payments to Viking.
In the middle of the journey, she made all of the arrangements for me to disembark in Tahiti to attend my daughter's graduation ceremony in Denver, CO. She booked all of the airline reservations and obtained the necessary documentation that would be required by Fijian immigration authorities to permit me to return to the ship in Fiji.
She was there for me when a semi-crisis situation occurred upon my attempted return to Fiji. In L.A., the attendant at Fijian Airlines rejected the papers previously approved by the Fijian authorities. At 9:45 P.M., I called Stacey, who immediately contacted Viking and the Fijian immigration authorities. She was up in the middle of the night, working on the issue. Unfortunately, we couldn't solve the problem in the forty-five minutes before the flight left. I spent the night in a hotel, and by noon the following day, Stacey had solved the problem, and I was able to take that evening's flight to Fiji. The agent had been wrong. All of the documentation that Stacey had initially arranged for was correct.
She is always quick to respond to my phone calls, e-mails, text messages, etc.
In short, a prospective traveler would be wise to engage Stacey as his/her travel agent.

Stacey has been our travel agent now for two years! She booked our destination wedding along with all 14 guest !!! Not only was the resort perfect that came from her recommendation, but every single guest stayed how easy it was to book with Stacey! She helped with coordination of any and all request! Even in an emergency situation where my friends took our passports to the airport, we called her and she arranged hotel transportation for us to go to the airport to exchange our passports! We would have not a clue what to do, she is a life saver!!!
We have booked a cruise with Stacey and I literally had to do nothing, and she always makes little gifts so special to us! She is like having a best friend who does all the hard work! All you do is enjoy your vacation!
We just got back from our third Mexico trip booked with Stacey and once again she NAILED it!
My advice: book with Stacey and don’t stress over the planning!!!!
And now she’s booking our July trip for 4 people!!!
