Very good cruise. Ports are all great and Holland America is a good cruise line. More of an older crowd but I think wonderful for all ages. I also do not feel that Europe is very handicap accessible and should be avoided on your own. A private tour should be considered. These ports should all be seen and enjoyed.- Johnnie E.

Glad that we moved over to MSC vis Carnival cruises, thanks to Karla for this suggestion. Same price and having a drink package for the first time in many cruises was a winner. I will include this in all of my future cruises. As for MSC itself as a cruise line it was okay but lacked in the food department but was outstanding in their shows, bartending and roominess. What I mean by the last is that everywhere we went we never felt overcrowded, the ship was big enough to accommodate thousands without a feeling of crowds.

Melissa was extremely helpful from day one of planning our honeymoon. We had a few ideas in mind and she told us pros & cons to each and asked questions to get a clearer idea of what we were wanting. She made the whole process very smooth and non-stressful. She answered phone calls/texts/emails in a very timely manner and was always friendly and professional. We had issues with our flights getting delayed and we were able to talk with her throughout the process which calmed us down. She arranged a last minute hotel stay for us which also eliminated some stress for us while we were already in an intense situation. My husband and I recently returned from what was most likely our best vacation ever, or at least so far! We were on the Rocky Mountaineer's Rockies to
Red Rocks and it was a fun filled, adventure packed trip. We explored and hiked in many national parks out west and saw absolutely stunning scenery every single day. Being on the train for two days was so fun and then we were treated to a rafting trip down the Colorado River, a star gazing experience, a boat ride complete with a local band to entertain us, just to name a few great experiences! The accommodations and sight seeing trips were all top notch. We had never done a tour group before so we didn't know what to expect but we were extremely pleased and would definitely do one again. Our tour planner, Pam Marshall, did an excellent job of planning and explaining what all each day would entail in addition to making the trip lots of fun for us. It was a great group to travel with and I really appreciate all the extras Pam added to make this week so wonderful and memorable! Looking forward to our next trip Pam!- Susan A.
We went on the Rocky Mountaineer to Red Rocks trip with Pam Marshall. She was well planned, well organized, and made sure that every detail was covered.
The train was very comfortable, and the crew was extremely attentive. We were able to see awesome sites easily from the glassed train cars.
The bus was roomy, and our driver was extremely competent. We felt very safe. The bus was very clean, and the windows made for easy viewing.
Pam, and her husband Paul, made sure that every person on the trip was taken care of, and if there happened to be some thing that needed to be changed, Pam took care of that. Her travel planning skills made our trip very memorable.
The hotels were top notch, very clean and well appointed. It was nice to have a good room, as we had excursions daily, looking at the national park rock formations.
For the entire trip, the suitcases were taken care of for us, which was quite a luxury.
The cost of the trip was well worth every penny… The views, the hotels, the excursions, the meals, the shows, and the bus...everything was top-notch.

The trip on Rocky Mountaineer’s Rockies to Red Rock was wonderful. The train itself was perfect and the service was great. The ladies who served us were very friendly and helpful. I was surprised at the length of the trip. We were told in the zoom that it would be two days. It was a day and a half. Most of the hotels we stayed in were really terrific but I would not stay in Hotel Colorado again. The trip by coach was outstanding. Our driver and tour guides were outstanding. They went above and beyond in all ways. The national parks and the Navajo reservation blew me away. I would go back again and again. There were a couple glitches but that always happens because none of us are perfect. However Pam Marshall made everything perfect. She is the best travel agent I have ever worked with. This is the third vacation she has booked for me and whoever I traveled with and I will always go to her when I travel again. Having Pam and Paul on this trip was a giant plus. This cruise was everything I had hoped for and much more. We saw Rome, Naples, the Amalfi Coast, Barcelona, Florence, Monaco, Monte Carlo, and Palma de Mallorca. We saw beautiful shorelines, majestic mountains, wonderful countryside, and great historical cities. The churches and museums were unbelievable. Just returned from a 15 night trans-Atlantic on the Celebrity Cruise Lines Edge. I liked many things about the ship, especially the Infinite Veranda and Eden. We had about 36 hours of rough seas, causing windows and ceiling tiles to pop and shake. I was reminded of my first crossing on the ancient ocean liner New Amsterdam in 1963. Sail the Edge once, you will want to do it again.- WILLIAM M.

They even upgraded us to a room with a balcony for no charge! The carriage tour was great too. Our tour guide Mike was awesome and our mule Cole was adorable. Most importantly (to me????), the food was fabulous at all of the places you recommended. We went to Brennan’s, Cafe du Monde, Bon Ton cafe and Court of Two Sisters. All were great. Of course, the cruise was wonderful as well and we appreciate your help in getting us on and into a room that was shielded fairly well from the noise of a “rock boat”. Thanks again! It will be difficult to go back to a standard room after spending a week in that room. The ship was magnificent. The new show “Flick†is the best I have ever seen from Carnival. I highly recommend it. Food was good as always. The scooter was awesome for Allan to get around with. All in all an A++ trip.

Pam, thank you so much for all your help and planning for our awesome vacations. Pam has planned 2 vacations for us in the last year. The 1st was last August. I called her and said my wife and I need to get away now and have to be back within 2 weeks because we are both teachers and will be starting school. We just needed some time away from everything. She called me back within a couple hours and had it done. We left 3 days later on a trip to Punta Cana to an all-inclusive adult only resort. It was fabulous from the amenities to the food to the rooms. We were in heaven for 4 days. All our transfers, flights, and accommodations were taken care of. All we had to worry about was finding sitters for our kids.
I called Pam again last month and told her we wanted to go to Mexico with another couple and had to go over Memorial Day weekend before all the sports camps and clinics started. She put everything together perfectly again. She booked us at another adult only all-inclusive. She gave us a booklet with all our whole travel itinerary, even a leave behind itinerary for our parents who were watching our kids. They loved that part of it. Again, all our flights, transfers and accommodations were wonderful. I highly recommend the cancel for any reason travel insurance as well. Having this gave us peace at mind with kids stuff coming up unexpectedly, grandparents (babysitters) schedules always changing, and of course the ever changing weather in the south. Luckily we didn’t have to use it, but it was there if we needed it.
I have travelled a lot and have always tried doing things on my own, but after using Pam for these last couple trips I can’t figure out why I did all that work on my own. It wasn’t any cheaper; in fact I think I got better rates with her. It was much easier and a lot less stressful. If you are considering travel at all, I would highly recommend using Pam Marshall with Cruise Planners.

Sorry I haven/t replied sooner. We have been super busy since returning from our trip. We had a fabulous time! I can't say enough good things about the Magical Express service! It is the only way to go! Coming and going was a breeze no hassle with luggage, boarding passes or rental cars! You had all our check in arrangements made. We arrived at the airport in Orlando at 8:00 am and were walking in the gates at Magic Kingdom at 9:30 am.
I can't say enough good things about the Art of Animation Nemo family suite. It was perfect for our group. The girls loved it. The food at the restaurant on site was fabulous and convenient.

Having Deb do it this year saved me a considerable amount of time and effort! Pam booked us on the NCL Breakaway out of NY.. great port with wonderful views of NY! The ship was great and 3 days in Bermuda was fabulous. We used ShoreTrips for the 1st time for an all day private tour (10 people) of Bermuda. It was called Unexpected Bermuda on ShoreTrips - But Hidden Gems Ecotour in other areas. It was great. We hiked to a lagoon, jumped off and swam, went caving, swam in a cave, had a great lunch, went to St George lighthouse, went swimming/snorkeling and finished the day with homemade ice cream. What a treat. A 'must do' excursion for those who want to see something in Bermuda besides just the shopping and beach.- Brent H.
We loved our Disney cruise aboard the Dream. It was the cruise of a lifetime. There are so many things that made this trip one of my favorite trips ever. Maybe it was when our waiter at dinner stopped my brother in law from cutting up our sons steak to cut it for us or when he showed us a magic trick every night at dinner. Or the magic tricks he taught our kids. We were treated like absolute royalty. Raegan and Ryan loved the child watch programs and honesty would have loved it, if we would have put them in it more than we did. The free alcohol on the conceige level helped also. :-) Another one of my favorite moments of the trip was when a cast member stopped Raegan from throwing a fit and told her "Disney secrets". Joe and I loved Pirate night also. It was my favorite night on the cruise. Joe loved watching the fireworks and I loved acting like a pirate with the kids. Ronda, thank you for planning an amazing disney cruise for us. You are the best travel planner! Thank you also for all the emails and information helping us plan this amazing vacation.- Rae R.

We had a wonderful trip! All I expected and more! I don't know how to know what the girls thought, but I think we made some great memories. Everything went well except we did have to wait out a thunder storm in Minneapolis, but....we were safe. I am so pooped. Somehow the 4-5 hours earlier was harder on me than when we went to the Baltic. Not to mention that I am four years older and came home to tons of tomatoes to deal with plus and overgrown lawn. I think you do a really nice job and I feel relaxed when you have done things ahead for me! Sally- Sally P.
Planning my vacation is something I look forward to each year.
Choosing a vacation location, what clothes to bring and who I am traveling with are things I think about prior to my departure.
One item we may not consider is Medical Travel Insurance.
Last year, Ronda suggested I purchase medical insurance, I'm glad I took her advise.
Cruising the Mexican Riviera last September 2011, I became sick on the Ship.
I was transferred to a Land Medical Hospital. I spent four days, three nights in the hospital. On the fourth day I was released from the Hospital and traveled first class by air from Mexico to Los Angeles. A limo was waiting to take me from the airport to home.
After my complete recover at home, I was thankful for the travel insurance. All bills for Hospital, Doctors, and Travel, (many thousands) were covered by the Travel Medical Insurance.
From this day forward I will always purchase travel medical insurance. Please note that the Cruise or Mexico was not a factor for my illness.
