Cindy is very organized and focused. I know all will be taken care of in a timely fashion and I will get all the information I need to be fully prepared for the trip. There is no wasted time or saying why wasn't that included??? She covers all the sights, gets the most for my money.

Have traveled with Cindy many times, and never been disappointed! Her trips are always well organized, and stress free. She always manages to hit all the major high points in every place we go, and it is truly a pleasure to travel with her and Chuck. They always manage to bring the group together so that our trip is more of a family affair, and so much fun! Cindy is the best travel agent one could possibly have. When she makes your travel arrangements you never have to worry about a thing! Thanks for a great trip to Charleston, SC. Sandy and I both enjoyed traveling with you. The trip went as planned and you gave us updates as to what was coming next. You kept every phase working smoothly. The food was good, but not exceptional ( I gained 3 pounds anyway). The hotel was excellent and the breakfasts were terrific; our room midway on the first floor was so well insulated that we never heard a sound! Ralph and Chuck really made my days by handling my walker efficiently; they went beyond the call of duty. We look forward to possible other trips. Please keep us on you mailing list. Thanks again.

Cindy - went above and beyond to get us Covid tests at the hotel for a good price. She also got us a tour of Mardi Gras World and a stop for coffee and Beignets on the way to the airport which was great. She kept us informed of changes before the cruise and sent reminders which help a lot. I am going on a bus tour with her in May and know it will be a great time because she is organized and looking ahead to make sure all is going to go smoothly. She rocks!

This was my first cruise with NCL and it was wonderful, would recommend to anyone. Service, food etc.,was excellent.
