Our 10 day cruise on the Norwegian Gem was our very first cruise and we loved it. I personally did not really get into the mood until a few months to the cruise our cruise planner kept sending information - to check in, to print out documents, to check out the website that I got really excited. We also got upgraded - and the cruise did not disappoint. It is a wonderful memorable experience especially when shared with family and friends. We were 16 in our group - a mix of singles, children, couples and siblings. BUT - and our cruise planner organised it all - with minor complaints or issues. Thanks to you Sandrine and what a wonder the Norwegian GEM is.
