Our agency name is Cruise Planners, but we are truly so much more. Yes, we have access to all cruise lines going to all locations around the world. We don't stop at cruises...we'll help you plan your tropical resort vacation, or your bucket list adventure almost anywhere in the world.

We just took our first cruise. We hadn't taken one previously because there were hundreds of choices. When you don't know what you are doing and have nothing to compare it to, those 100 choices are a burden, not a blessing.
We were so grateful to find Terry and Monica at Cruise Planners. They are both seasoned travelers and cruisers. This meant they weren't reading from a brochure. One or both had used the cruise lines or visited the ports we were interested in experiencing. Terry helped us determine which cruise line would best match our way of traveling. Monica made all of our plans with details I wouldn't have even thought about. Based on what I told her mattered to us, she picked the best cabin and packages to buy. We can honestly say that she made the best choices for what we needed. She knew what we needed when we were clueless. We could even buy our travel insurance and get suggestions on flights.
Then there were the questions (I had so many questions). Monica or Terry had an answer for every one of them. A couple of times, I asked something unique. The response was always, "Let me find out," and they always did. They both always replied to anything quickly, efficiently, and pleasantly, which is so hard to find in today's business climate.
We already have Monica looking for a possible next cruise. We can't imagine doing any of this without Cruise Planners. I have to admit that Terry did it again - wonderfully helping us plan a fantastic 14 day cruise; this one on Silversea's Silver Shadow - with a fabulous itinerary from Iceland to the Faroe Islands, to Scotland & Ireland & Wales & England in July 2023. Terry booked this cruise for us well over a year prior to our sailing departure, keeping us on track with all the key dates for booking our excursions, our ship spa day, & our special Chef's Table Dinner during our one day at sea. Terry helped us with our transfer from the International Airport in Iceland to our hotel in Reykjavik for the pre-cruise portion of our vacation and of course Terry helped us with all of our British Airways flight bookings and assisting us with using a prior credit from British Airways to reduce the cost of our flight. Post cruise, Terry was a great help processing a medical insurance claim for a minor medical hiccup that happened while on board, to make sure we receive our payment from the Allianz Insurance Company as quickly as possible. Terry is already working on researching the next cruise we want to take in late 2024. This last cruise was the 3rd major cruise that Terry has taken care of for us, with one cruise that had to be cancelled during COVID's 2020 peak... and we know the next one will be outstanding as well. I could have never planned this Alaska cruise without Terry! We had to cancel the first time due to bad weather, and Terry worked all weekend getting us refunded and rebooked. Terry recently helped my husband and I plan our honeymoon to Punta Cana. He was absolutely wonderful to work with, and he found us an amazing vacation for our little budget! We had a trip of a lifetime visiting the Galapagos Islands earlier this fall.
This is the second major trip that Terry has helped organize for us in 2 years. Terry booked everything for us, including pre and post cruise land arrangements as well as all of our flights from the US to South America and back. My wife and I wanted to do something special for our 25 years of marriage. I have planned all our trips in the past; which I enjoy doing, however this was special it was different. We liked the ideas of all-inclusive resorts and cruises. Mr. Reeves gave us detailed information and pricing for different cruises and resorts. This trip was the bomb! Terry did such an amazing job with planning. We were extremely happy with our hotels and tours that he booked for us. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail which made it much less stressful during the actual traveling. The hotels were beautiful, comfortable, with reasonably sized rooms and great customer service. Terry did a great job of booking us a hotel that was very close to everything we would need (bus terminal, airport, food, shopping, etc.) The tours were wonderful as well and covered everything we wanted to see and more. Terry sent all of our required documents which contained everything we’d need and this made things go very smoothly throughout the trip. We went on one-week Ama Waterways river cruise on the lower Danube, that went to Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Romania. We also added a two-day pre-cruise land package in Budapest, Hungary and a post cruise two-day land package in Bucharest, Romania and in Transylvania, Romania.
Our experience with Terry was excellent! Terry took care of all our needs and did all the research we had asked him to look into, including regarding specialty excursion requiring pre-booking. This led to us meeting the Royal Couple of Serbia (by lucky happenstance) when we visited the Serbian Royal Palace in Belgrade, Serbia!
Terry was always accessible and available for our planned discussions leading up to our trip – he is very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for his clients.
Our experience with Ama Waterways was superb. They provided white glove service from the moment we arrived at the Budapest Airport, then onward to our Budapest Hotel and pre-cruise land excursions and throughout the cruise itself and again afterward on the post-cruise land excursions. In fact, our Ama Cruise Manager, Florentin Blidaru, accompanied all of us on both the Bucharest City excursion and Transylvania excursion and he was very friendly and knowledgeable, being a local from Romania. Our trip began as a honeymoon cruise to the Eastern Caribbean islands. Hurricane Irma decided to hit, along with a couple others, during the week we chose! Terry stayed informed and up to date with the Carnival craziness and their plans regarding the ships itinerary/changes. He advised us, advocated for us, and spent countless hours making sure our honeymoon was going to be nothing less than perfect! This led to a very spontaneous decision to go to Cancun, Mexico and ditch the cruise! Terry had our entire trip planned and booked down to the most beautiful resort and great airfare within a few hours. We left after just eight short hours of making the decision to change locations entirely. This would not have been possible without Terry and all of his dedication and hard work!We have no words to describe how perfect our trip to Cancun was. For something that started out so stressful, we ended up being 100% relaxed from the time we began our drive to the airport, thanks to Terry. We stayed at The Hard Rock Hotel, which was recommended to us by Terry since we had never been to Mexico. The food, drinks, entertainment, beaches, and all around atmosphere were breathtaking, calming, and beyond perfect.
From the time we discovered Terry on Facebook, he has been a blessing to us. He has been nothing but kind, generous of his time, patient, and has become a friend of ours through something as small as planning a vacation. From booking a cruise, a trip to Mexico, or even just to Nashville, Terry is more than knowledgeable, helpful, and resourceful. My wife and I wanted to be in Kauai to see the whales but only had one week that worked for our schedules. Terry did a wonderful job in a very short time to get us what we were looking for. The condo and the grounds at Kohola Landing were beautiful and the staff was friendly and ready to share stories of local Hawaiian history. There was construction going on but they always kept it during the hours posted and it was concealed well except from the balcony view. Once the construction is complete, the property will be very nice with addition of restaurant and ballroom. The folks with Pleasant Holidays were wonderful as well. They were very good at helping us plan all of the events for the week and making all the arrangements. We had something everyday arranged through them and not a bad experience on any. We look forward to our next trip to Kauai.- Glen T.
