Our cruise agent, Ms. Mara Ohanyan (NOT IRISH! – do you know her?): I am constantly amazed at Mara’s dedication and perseverance. It is not a foregone conclusion that someone will be at your beck and call with every question and issue, while taking the initiative to find better deals, chase after the cruise lines, etc. I am very grateful to be able to work with Mara and to have her advising us and advocating for us, waiting hours on end on the phone with cruise lines, cab drivers, etc. While I may not go back for another cruise with MSC, I certainly plan on using Mara for our next cruise (God willing, there will be many), with whatever cruise line we choose. (The fact that she tolerates my sense of humor is a huge plus as well…)

I totally loved the river cruise down the Danube. The staff was so friendly and of course our cruise manager, Edward, was the best. I hope to take another river cruise but so many choices!
