Michele helped my husband and I book a 9-night Mediterranean Cruise that started in Barcelona and then went to La Spieza, Santa Margherita, Nice, Marseille, Naples, and Rome. Every destination on the itinerary was fantastic, and Michele's recommendations for what to do in port were spot on. The cruise itself was unbelievable. From the moment we boarded, we were pampered beyond our expectations. We were even upgraded to a balcony room, which was an amazing surprise. The room was stunning, and the food was out of this world. Since she did such a great job booking, we even had the window seat in the dining room each night!!! We loved going to dinner and watching the ocean. It was the best seat in the whole restaurant!!!!!

Michele Fowler did a fantastic job of arranging a special trip to Mexico for me and a friend to visit one of the winter Monarch Butterfly sanctuaries. It seems this is not an easy trip to arrange, unless you want to join a very expensive tour through World Wildlife Fund/Habitat, or a ‘much-longer-than-I-wanted’ tour through a different agency. She arranged for us to stay at the four-star Le Meridien Hotel in Mexico city, accommodations which far exceeded our expectations. The actual trip to the sanctuary was arranged through a local tour company called Viacon – our guide Manuel was extremely helpful and very friendly but professional. We hired him the next day to do some additional sightseeing. And the trip did not “break the bank†– it was very reasonable. And as Michele said herself, she “likes a challenge†and we gave her one!

We love our Alaskan Cruise with Carnival and we were so grateful for Michele and all she did to make it happen. I have many serious allergies that makes eating out challenging, but she worked with the cruise-line many times to ensure I would be taken care of. And sure enough, I was!
