My experience with Cruise Planners was great from beginning to end. The trip itself was very good. The only reason the vacation experience is rated 4 stars versus 5 is that we had issues with delayed baggage. Also, the final hotel of the trip - Hotel Aleph in Rome - was just ok. The group dinner the final evening at this hotel was very average - food was cold when served, felt a little bit like standard Hilton hotel food. Overall, the experience for everything else was very good!

Cruzin the Carribean on the Carribean Princess to Panama Costa Rica Columbia and Mexico was great especially with great friends both old and new.. The staff was great, the service was great, the ship was great we had a blast. Can't wait till next cruise to Alaska!
