We stayed at Sandals in Grenada and had the most amazing vacation! Unfortunately we flew on American Airlines and when we tried to get home, the plane was not flyable for days. Mellanie was with us every step of the way and helped to secure us another night at Sandals after American put us up in a terrible hotel the first night. She called American multiple times to get updates and try to find alternatives to get us home. We’re so happy to always have Mellanie in our corner!
