Once again Diane Rocha did a fantastic job collaborating with us to plan our vacation! The worldwide Crowdstrike outage caused cancellations with all airlines and our flight was cancelled less than 24 hours from check-in. I contacted Diane on a Saturday afternoon and within an hour, she had a new flight booked for 4 of us, without a delay to our next destination. Diane is excellent at her job and springs into action when the unexpected occurs. This is why I continue to recommend Diane to family and friends. Much appreciated!

Diane helped us plan the Ultimate Hawaiian Honeymoon! From the get go, working with Diane was simply a pleasure. Having never planned a trip with a duration of nearly 2 weeks my wife and I were a bit intimidated in ensuring we would be maximizing both time to enjoy the scenic views/activities Hawaii has to offer while also being able to relax and soak up the sun. When first meeting with Diane to discuss what turned out to be the trip of a lifetime she was immediately attentive to all our wants and desires while on our honeymoon while also being sure to take note of our budget and what was most important to us. After only a day Diane was able to provide us with numerous options for hotel stays and flights and presented it in a manner that it easy for us to see what each property offered to ensure it fit us. Diane was also extremely helpful in being like our own local guide before even arriving in Hawaii by providing us with some amazing options for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as making recommendations on excursion and activities the were prime for the time of our visit to make sure we were able to enjoy all Hawaii had to offer. I simply cannot say enough great things about getting to work with Diane when planning our honeymoon and would not hesitate to reach out again for any travel need I may have. I highly recommend working with Diane as she truly puts her clients first, answering any questions or assisting on travel issues even when its the middle of the night!

Several members of my family booked this Celebrity Cruise to attend my brother's wedding. Three of us used Diane of Cruise Planners to book our trip and three used another agent. We all had Concierge staterooms with a bunch of added on board credits and other amenities while the rest of the family had lower class statement rooms with little or no amenities for the same or higher total price. Diane always finds the best deals and continues to push for more from the moment you book to the moment you set sail.
