This was an unusually poor experience with RCL's service, generally. There were a few exceptional staff members, but overall getting assistance or answers to questions was very difficult. Richard Sweeney went above and beyond to try to help with various issues. The trip might have been a total disaster without him and his expertise. Richard is highly skilled and I recommend him to everyone. He's the best.
