Excellence Oyster Bay in Jamaica was a 5/5 star experience! We LOVED it. It was a super nice and modern resort with huge beautiful rooms. The food was AMAZING. It was by far the best resort food we have ever had. The drinks were also delicious, and they had so many bars to choose from. The beaches and water were beautiful and best seen by the rooftop infinity pool (our favorite spot). Overall, the service was great. A few bad apples don't nearly overshadow the majority of the great workers and service there. The entertainment was good as well, nothing crazy special but we enjoyed entertainment nearly every night there! We had our fair share of fun, but this is not a super party resort. It is definitely a relaxing & beautiful honeymoon/anniversary/couple getaway kind of resort. We highly recommend Excellence Oyster Bay!

Our family of 5 wanted to go on a vacation where we could get away from all of our daily activities (and screens!) to somewhere where we didn't have to plan anything. We were looking for a destination that everyone would enjoy. Somewhere where we didn't have to go far from our hotel, yet have a lot to do. She made sure our passports were up to date and that we had travel insurance. We cannot say enough about how helpful Jeanine has been to us. The only hard part is waiting for the next vacation!
