Omg where do I begin. This lady here Alissa Wilson is Amazing. I've known her for over 14 years. And she's been my Cruise Agent for over 5 years. She has made my Cruises ???? so relaxed and easy. Alissa made out planning easy. She was receptive and quick to respond to any/all questions that came up. I was so stressed out in finding a trip for me and my kids, so one of my friends referred me to Alissa. After consulting with her she took immediate action in finding me trips that fit my budget. Within a few days my family trip was booked.
We stayed at the Royalton Rivera in Cancun. The resort was an all inclusive and was amazing. The room was high end luxury with a jacuzzi on the roof. My kids were so excited! Immediately after I settled in my room we ran ran to the pool to enjoy endless drinks. Not to mention the food! The food was amazing all by itself. Breakfast was all you can eat buffet style with endless options. Lunch was extraordinary also. For Dinner we booked a reservation each night. The 1st night was Italian, 2nd night was Indian, 3rd night was a Steak house, 4th night was Japanese. The dinners never disappointed.
We did excursions that was included in the package and we also booked zip lining, cynote swimming and ATV separately thru her agency. The excursions providing my kids with a once in a lifetime experience that they will never forget.
Alissa was my personal travel agent because she was available night and day if I didn’t understand certain things and needed clarification. She made the travel experience so easy and comforting. I give the resort 5 stars and I give my overall experience with Alissa 5 stars as well.
More trips will be planned with her expertise!
