We just returned from our cruise and I had a great time. Working with Debbie was fantastic. She goes well above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. We needed wheelchair assistance and Debbie was on it. She arranged everything. Got us an upgrade to a wheelchair room. Debbie also had advice on things like transfers. She certainly made booking the cruise a lot less stressful for us. We have used her several times now and I have no problem recommending her to friends. I will definitely use her again.- Gary S.
My wife and I have had very positive experiences dealing with Cruise Planners. We booked two different trips with the first one being an Alaskan cruise on Regent Cruise Lines. The other trip was just this past August when we did a Viking River Cruise that included a land package, as well. They were very easy to work with, very responsive to any and all questions and all of our arrangements on both trips were done perfectly. It was nice to have a specific contact who was following our trips and to be there if we had any issues. Their experience with both domestic and international travel was very helpful. They were able to help us in making different decisions on such things as the particular cruise line and deciding between multiple itineraries and package options. They do an outstanding job and will continue to use them in the future!
