Richard is fantastic! I have been a Cruise Planners customer for over 10 years. When my first cruise Planner retired, she recommended Richard. He is so kind and helpful. He always makes great cruise decisions for us and he makes sure our experience is great. My granddaughters celebrated birthdays on our last cruise and Richard had our cabin decorated and a birthday cake waiting when we arrived. And the fact that Richard has been struggling with some health issues but still manages to take care of his clients and be available, says what dedication and drive this man has. He's a keeper.

Hello I recently went on a 7 day cruise with Norwegian Escape omg people you have got to take a cruise I really really enjoyed myself. Put this on your bucket list of things to do. There's everything on board that you need, dancing,singing,shopping ,drinking, eating omg the food was delicious some places stay open all night,oh I forgot gambling,slots, black jack oh and did I say the ultimate drink package your choice of beverage liquor,soda or juice and the port stop where you visit different stops and shop seeing how they live,buying souvenirs to bring back to your family friends and coworkers.im telling you from experience go enjoy your vacation if only for a weekend. Let me know if and when you are ready you can pay on in a little at a time.i have a great travel agent Richard Jefferson who can help you make all the right decision for a cruise maybe just to relax or to party for a group maybe a couple or solo he can help you and your family.l am one happy person I went on the Norwegian Escape I have had a great 7 days at sea and looking forward to my next cruise. Let me start off first, with how pleased I was with Richard's recommendation of vacation choice. I was puzzled with making a sound decision on choosing a safe place to take my son on his first time out of the country. I brought my concerns and Richard got back with me within a few days and suggested Costa Rica. He informed me after thorough research that Costa Rica was one of the safest places to visit. Secondly, Richard selected a few resorts that satisfied my budget, accommodations, and appeal. I'm much of pain when it comes to my pockets and appeal. Richard assisted with my choice of the Rue Hotel resort and picked out an excursion for my son and I to enjoy. When my son and I arrived at this resort, I was amazed, stunned, and speechless with the beauty and upkeep of the resort. The people were very nice and represented themselves well from the beginning of the trip to the end. Richard, emailed me to find out if my son and I got to the resort safely and was generally concerned about my traveling experience. The excursion chosen by Richard included zip lining, horseback riding and dipping into a couple of hot springs to enjoy. My son and I even enjoyed our mud bath experience, as well. Richard was able to get credits to use for my spa experience on the island. The resort had great food and entertainment. Too bad this site does not allow you to post pictures, because I would have love to show how a great time we had. My son and I were happy with everything!!! I enjoyed this trip that I even booked another one cruising with Royal Caribbean this November with my niece. I look forward to my next vacation during spring break with my son. Overall, the trip with my son will always be a memorable experience and I thank Richard for his vacation expertise!!!
