I had always booked cruises before on my own, and won't ever book with anyone else again.
Not only did Ken give us the best deal, with the best room location (way more important than you think -- we talked to people on the cruise that used carnival.com and got a room with food service carts rolling above them every morning), he also looked up shore excursions beyond what was offered on his website, and the carnival website. I also appreciated the way he responded to our questions quickly. In fact, when we lost an island stop because of an incoming hurricane, Ken worked to get us extra room credit!
I don't usually write reviews, but felt compelled to do so after the great service offered by Ken Daming. Do yourself a favor: save your time and money by booking a better experience with World Wide Cruise Planners.

We just got back from our first Mediterranean Cruise on the Norwegian Jade. The entertainment was the best we have had on a cruise ship. The food was top notch. Our best day was in Turkey where we took the Best of Ephesus tour. We visited the Ephesus ruins as well as the home the Virgin Mary lived in until her ascension. It was amazing. The Croatian ports of Split and Dubrovnic where beautiful and had ancient ruins that were accessible in the port without having to book a tour. Ken was able to get us a hotel in Venice for two extra days after the cruise. It was a great location for our visits to St Mark's Square, The Doge's Palace, Rialto Bridge, and others. It was a terrific vacation. Thank you Ken for suggesting the cruise, helpful tips, and taking care of all the details. We can't wait to go again!

My wife and I traveled to Maui for our 20th anniversary in May. Ken found us the perfect location on the north western coast. We had a great view of the sunset off the lanai and sea turtles in the ocean below. Ken also was able to get us tickets to the best Luau in Maui as well as a great snorkel trip to Lani. It was one of our best trips ever! Thank you Ken!
