We had the most amazing trip to Italy! We started in Venice for 2 days, took an 11-day Azamara cruise that landed us in Rome, where we spent another 5 days. Booking the trip had a few challenges, due to an upgrade to the cruise lines web page. Cindy spent countless hours (ex. an on hold experience that spanned 2 days!) on the phone with or on hold with Azamara to ensure that everything would be perfect for our trip. She managed all transfers, airport transportation, hotels, etc. She made recommendations on sites that we should definitely pre-book tours and which ones we should absolutely use the 'skip the line' option. These tips saved us a bunch of time and helped us have more time to enjoy the sites. The drivers that she booked for us were on time, courteous and knowledgeable.
We were sent a package with absolutely everything we needed to know for the trip, in order and with notes on what we needed to do with it. This helped take a lot of the stress out of travelling. We also received some travel necessities that really came in handy on our trip (and beyond)
Everything on our trip went without a hitch and we were able to sit back, relax and enjoy the sites, foods and drinks of Italy.
Cindy did a great job booking our trip, including the car rental and hotels after our cruise. We will definitely have her book future travel plans.

We recently booked a British Isles Cruise with Cindy. Not only did she do a wonderful job helping us with the cruise, but she also spent alot of time helping us get to Europe to get on the cruise. Unfortunately we traveled the weekend of June 24, probably the worst weekend ever to travel out of Newark Airport. We were cancelled by the airlines three times, but Cindy never stopped helping us to book another flight out, then another, then another. I don't know what we. would have done without her. This was my first time using a cruise planner agent after many years of doing things on my own and I'm here to tell you I should have done it years ago. Cindy Fresco is a wealth of knowledge, super friendly to work with, and will easily accommodate all your questions changes and needs and get your booking to a marvelous vacation! We are so thrilled that we allowed ourselves to utilize her services, it proved to be the best thing we ever did! We have so much confidence in Cindy that we have already worked with her to book our next two cruises!

With so many different options across the travel industry today, between the internet and Facebook and in person or online travel agents, it is becoming increasingly difficult to easily plan a cruise. There are all different options - variations of Cruise Lines, amenities, and such to choose from - it becomes overwhelmingly confusing. After planning my own trips for many years, I found it to become too frustrating to do on my own and I reached out to Cindy, which proved to be the smartest thing I ever did!! After reviewing many of the different options with Cindy, including different Cruise Lines, destinations, categories of staterooms, and services available, Cindy steered me towards Norwegian Cruise Lines. We picked a seven-night cruise vacation on the Norwegian Escape to the Eastern Caribbean with my husband, daughter, and son-in-law. Cindy answered all of my 2 million questions, helped me make several changes throughout the planning process, helped me with deposits, walked me through choosing your excursions, and most importantly, helped me through the steps that I was unfamiliar with after sailing on the mouse for so many years. We settled on a Haven class owners suite for my husband and I, and also an entry level balcony for our daughter and son-in-law. The Haven was the exact level of service accommodations, amenities, and quietness that I was striving to find. It gave me everything I wanted without the hustle and bustle of the humongous crowds elsewhere on the ship. From our private pool and sundeck in the Haven to the multiple hot tubs to the private bar lounges and restaurant, it was seldom that I left the Haven area as it was my Haven of a vacation. Our kids had a great time with their balcony room, having wonderful views, spacious accommodations, and an easy access to all the areas of the ship that they wished to enjoy. Cindy is extremely knowledgeable in all areas and aspects of many of the different cruise lines, including the layouts of the ship. One of the greatest assets that Cindy has is if she doesn't know the answer to something she will get you the answer to the best of her ability. She will also not sell you a bill of goods or tell you something the way it is not. Utilizing her services put a level of comfort in me without anxiety to make our trip just as smooth as sailing as possible. Just prior to sailing she sent us a package with all of our different documents and other information, plus trinkets to make our boarding and disembarking the ship much easier and it was a godsend! So if you're looking to plan a healthy, happy vacation and a smooth sailing cruise - the best way to help yourself is to let Cindy do it for you!!!

This was our first time working with a travel agent. Cindy exceeded our expectations! Moving forward she will be our go to for future vacations domestic and international! She does it all. She set everything up for us with no worries. We told her what we wanted and she made it happen. She is very easy to talk with and very funny! Cindy is an awesome travel agent! For our March 2016 trip to the Caribbean, she was with us each step of the way. Cindy found answers to all of our very many questions. Even with travelers originating on each coast and last minute changes, she smoothed our land and air details. Our flight back was delayed and, on the fly, Cindy was able to re-book our daughter who was going to miss her connection to the West Coast. To our joy, Cindy arranged a flight two days later (as opposed to much later that evening), and we got to spend more time with our daughter. Service, responsiveness and attention to detail.
