Upon arriving in Orlando we discovered a large unpredicted rain storm was going to hit on the day we were scheduled to go to Universal Studios, I called Lisa and asked if there was any way to change the days we were to scheduled to go to specific parks. Not an issue she immediately took care of it. This trip is one my family will remember forever. I would highly recommend Lisa Martin to help you with any and all travel arrangements!

The Yosemite View Lodge had a spectacular view of the mountains and thanks for recommending the "river view"! The San Francisco Marriott Marquis was beautiful and we loved the cafe in the lobby, the new fitness center, the view from the 39th Floor lounge and the convenient on-site parking. Just got back from Punta Cana, DR. Lisa set us up in a great resort - all-inclusive Now Larimar. Great food, beach; such a relaxing vacation! Many options to do lots of activities outside of the resort. We participated in the activities at the resort - Mother's Day-Kentucky Derby-Circus-shopping-Variety Night, etc. Call Lisa and she will set you up with a GREAT vacation!!

Lisa was fantastic! She was very eager to assist in finding the first cruise for us. We changed several different boats, times and cabins because the family had differing expectations and she stayed with it until we were happy. Lisa sent us all the notices and document assistance that we needed and walked us through the necessary paperwork. Once the trip was over, she sat down and went over everything. I told her the good and the bad, and she took our complaints and mishaps to the cruise operator and was able to negotiate compensation for the difficulties we had.
