Mary Beth did a great job setting up this vacation. Rocky Mountaineer train rise was wonderful and the staff did an excellent job supporting the riders. Great scenery and amenities on the train. Rocky Mountaineer handled everything down to picking up luggage in your room and having it in your hotel room before you arivved. Delays during the train ride were consistent with experiences people we had spoken to previously before leaving on this trip - freight trains have priority over Rocky Mountaineer trains, so a number of standstill delays. Only drawback for me was that two days on a train was a long time to sit - 11 hours first day and 16 hours on second day. I'm glad we did it.
Columbia and Snake River cruise was also very good. American Crusie Line staff was excellent. Towns along river were small, but we knew this going in. Ship amenities were excellent. It was generally a very old crowd - similar to a Holland America cruise. Nice getaway overall.- Kevin G.
Mary Beth helped make our vacation on a Disney Caribbean Cruise very relaxing. From the point of beginning our travels Mary Beth asked all the right questions about how we wanted to travel and what our limitations were. When travelling with a 10 year old and having mobility limitations, travel can be very difficult. Mary Beth took all of these into consideration and planned for any interruptions. Our air transportation was effortless and ground transportation was fully involved from airport to the hotel, to the port and back to the airport. Everything within her control was very well planned. Mary Beth kept us informed and listened to our questions in order for us to be well assured that everything was included and planned thoroughly. Everything was planned with us in mind (our 10 year old and our limited mobility) throughout our trip. Mary Beth made sure we had seats on the plane that would excite our son and keep him amused, as well as enough leg room for us (6' and taller) on both aircraft. Our shipboard accommodations were spectacular from the size of the cabin and it's location. Mary Beth did an outstanding job in making our trip memorable. Thank You Mary Beth.

Oceania did a great job in all aspects, superior service, no line, and well organized throughout
Mary Beth was great in terms of booking the trip/ Norwegian fell down badly when it took us from before 12 Noon to 6:45 PM to board the ship because Norwegian didn't have enough agents to handle the onboarding. 6 hours and 45 minutes is just too long to wait in a line just to board the ship.. It appeared for that every 10 computer stations there was only one agent. If it wasn't for people screaming obsenities in our line, it might have been 8 hours on a line to bioard the ship. Although we heard many excuses from agents, there was no excuse for a wait that long without food, water. My heart goes out to old and compromised people who waited in our line.
Mary Beth was great to work with planning our vacation. She made everything so easy and kept us up to date on everything we needed to do to get there and back. I would absolutely be using her again for our next get away! Thank you!
