Zeta planned a wonderful vacation for us! We want to say thank you for making it such a wonderful experience. Jamaica is beautiful and the people are so friendly and helpful. They really know how to provide a relaxing, fun and beautiful getaway. We went to The Blue Hole and Dunn's River Falls and The Blue Hole was by far the better of the 2 excursions. The Blue Hole is a series of unbelievable blue water "holes" with beautiful water falls that just keep on going up. The forest and vegetation were soothing to the soul! We would definitely go back to Jamaica and The Blue Hole will be on our list of things to do.- Kathy P.
Zeta at Cruise Planners made booking our cruise very easy. We booked three separate state rooms and she was able to book our rooms in the same hallway close to each other. It was easy to coordinate and hang out on the boat. Everything was very easy.

What a ball we had with great friends onboard the Odyssey of the Seas cruise ship. We went to CocoKay, Jamaica, and Haiti for seven sunny vacation days. Pics to come. The flights were booked in a way that I had no problems getting my flight. Getting through the airport was something else, but then again it was at the Christmas Holiday. The hotel accomodations were fine, though a little more expensive for the food than I anticipated. Overall, I had a good time with lots of memories to have for years to come.
I have booked several carnival cruises, and an all inclusive trip.. All have been perfect with no issues. That is why I will always use CP for my trip planning.
Reached out to Zeta when I was thinking about a trip to Costa Rica. Zeta hooked us up with a complete package including all transportation to and from airports and destinations. This was an AMAZING trip!! First, Zeta did an outstanding job planning our trip. The location, air/ground transportation and lodging were all seamless for us. We didn't have any hassles with one ounce of this trip!! Even with the unfortunate personal experience my family family suffered, Zeta went above and beyond to ensure there were no issues with scheduling/refunds.
In July I went from MD to MO to visit family.. I took Amtrak and all went well. Zeta did a great job with everything for me. The Red Cap people were terrific help, and carry some bills to tip them . Amtrak was also great with help and service. Things move very fast once the train is called so be ready to move. Once on the train things get slowed down . We were two hours late at each destination. I would go on Amtrak again and I am glad for the trip.- Jean K.

Just finished a wonderful tour of central Europe. Zeta was so helpful in the planning process and also responded quickly when we misplaced a voucher just an hour before the start of the event. She quickly emailed a copy for us to use. She also helped us to navigate the difficult, constantly changing Covid 19 rules.
She and her team put together a wonderful itinerary. The hotel locations were strategically placed near our points of interest. All of the tour guides were very knowledgeable and the tours were timed toward the beginning of our stay at each city. Zeta Switlik helped us plan our trip to Hawaii!!! It was the best vacation I have ever had! She was so easy and wonderful to work with! We stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki. It was beautiful! We took a catamaran out and snorkeled with the turtles. Absolutely amazing! We went to Pearl Harbor and the USS Missouri. What a somber and humbling experience. We drove around the island we saw a blowhole, lighthouse, several beaches, we went and watched sunrises and sunsets. We went to the Kalua ranch where Jurassic Park was filmed and we zip corded there! So awesome! We did a magnum PI doors off helicopter ride over the whole island. It was amazing. We flew over pearl harbor which just gave that a totally different look. We went over the dole plantation farm and maze. We flew over Kalua ranch, diamond head crater, the punch bowl, all the beaches. The fruit there was so incredibly delicious along with the shrimp. I am so going to miss that. I’m going to miss everything about Hawaii. It was a trip of a lifetime. Thank you so much for helping us plan this trip Zeta!!- Traci W.

Zeta helped us plan our trip to Alaska we spent 2 weeks there and had a wonderful time we did about everything we could do from train ???? rides to boat rides and got to see the dog ???? sleds and got to hold the puppies. And got to be pulled by the dog team they had to use a 4 wheeler because no snow but it was still fun. The scenery was absolutely beautiful and saw lots of wildlife whales grizzly bears Moose caribou and wolf pups right in front of our tour bus ???? it was absolutely wonderful! The cruise ???? was great we had a really nice room with a balcony and a great view we stopped in different towns and found some wonderful art that we bought it was like Christmas ???? at our house when we got home with all of our nice items we bought.
