Your choice of Virgin Voyages Cruise Line was a good fit for our needs. Because you had experienced the ship yourself, you had many tips and tricks for us once we boarded.
Your making restaurant reservations for us on the ship was perfect. We did not know what a help that was going to be! Every table each night was a perfect selection usually by a window looking out over the ocean!
And you made a brilliant suggestion of a private driver for our excursion into Rome from the ship. The driver was one of the highlights of our vacation! We were able to see so much more of Rome with our limited time and energy. He was delightful and very knowledable and quickly got us in and out of the places we wanted to see plus he made suggestions of places to see and dine.
I am already dreaming of my next trip!

We have used Jen At Cruise planners many times. Jen is very good at what she does. She leaves no stone unturned for sure. We just returned from Jamaica on another fantastic vacation. Jen made sure we filled out paperwork for customs before we left. Jen also hooked us up with the MoBay Club so we were able to avoid many lines in the airport. Jen always goes above and beyond, she even eliminated a 2 hour taxi ride to Negril by booking us a shuttle flight to Montego Bay to Negril. This was a 15 minute flight. Wow what a difference. We love the ocean
Our trip to the Beaches resort at Turks & Caicos exceeded our expectations in every way. We opted for the Butler Service because there were 15 in our group, ages 2-73, and we knew reservations would be a challenge. And they did a terrific job getting us reservations at the right restaurants at the right times. But they did SO much more! Kids are tired, but Mom wants to stay on the beach? Butler gets them and takes them to DayCare. Hungry mid-day, but don't want to leave your villa (or the beach)? Butler brings you food. It was our 50th anniversary celebration, and the butler decorated our bed! There were 20+ restaurants to choose among, but our favorite was the Benihana-style one, called Kimonos. The chef put on a show for us, and involved all the kids in his singing, dancing and cooking! We were all spellbound and highly entertained. Oh and the food was great, too. The Catamaran excursion was another highlight. We got to snorkle, and we stopped at Iguana Island - an island populated only by 5,000 iguanas. The little boys were in heaven! There is a wonderful water park there, with water slides, lots of swimming pools (one with a swim-up bar). I could go on and on. But I think one of the most distinctive things about this experience was the CLEANLINESS of it all. I was astounded, and have no idea how they kept that large, gorgeous beach so immaculate. In addition, the housekeepers must have been hiding under our beds, because that villa was immaculate every time we entered, and sometimes it was several times a day! But we never saw them...- Sandy B.
