A group of 50 was a lot in our BALTIC CRUISE group but Jocelyn managed to take care of us all. We are almost happy clients if not all. Gosh! I hate to put her in a grind but for the second time in a row Jocelyn was able to get me in a trip with a very short notice - less than 2 weeks! Just like the first time, she and ETS got me to join a group to the Holy Land. The trip had been planned for months and participants were required to register several months prior to the schedule BUT thank goodness I was able to join in less than 2 weeks of registration.
I was in a smaller group - 20 people - which was perfect. The tour hit a lot of historical sites and the tour guides were amazing! The information and details the provided for each location we visited were enlightening. It was a great trip and an experience I would never forget.
