This cruise was perfect for families. So many things to do. Friendly staff. Crowds and lines were never an issue after the very first day when people tend to congregate in the same areas. The ship was incredible. The ports were too. I highly recommend 7 Mile Beach and Dunns River Falls (Western Caribbean). Perfect Day at Coco Cay was just that. So many different areas to choose from and explore. Get a cabana. Worth it. Overall I’d do this trip again, but there are too many other places to visit.
We had the most fabulous time and I attribute that all to our amazing travel agent Julia! Our trip started with our first flight being cancelled very early in the morning. Had it not been for Julia, our trip would have been ruined. At 4:30 am Julia was on the phone re-booking flights and rental cars. Julia was checking on us and helping every step of the way throughout the entire trip. From start to finish it was a fabulous experience. All of my travels will be booked with Julia from now on!

Julie helped us plan lodging for six on the eve of a cruise leaving from Miami, Florida. If was complicated finding rooms in the same hotel that was close to the piers. Julie has become our go to travel agent. She has planned all of our cruises to Europe and Hawaii and we have never been disappointed by all the arrangements she has made for us. There are four couples that travel together and thanks to Julie we have seen extraordinary sights and have eaten in remarkable restaurants. We have enjoyed local drivers who have taken us amazing places. On a personal note, I called Julie to put a deposit on a European trip we had planned for June of 2021. My son had traveled to Peru to see Machu Pichu and Peru was about to close its borders at midnight because of the pandemic. My daughter was able to find 4 seats on an airplane to the United States for him and three friends but the third party seller was lax in getting them the tickets and the flight was about to board. I told Julie what the situation was and she immediately found the parent company and was able to reach out to the seller personally and they were able to board in time.
