Cruise Planners Launches “For the Love of Travel” Facebook Photo Contest

While many in the U.S. are practicing voluntary self-quarantine, the nation’s largest network of home-based travel advisors is taking to social media to encourage and embrace the love of travel. 
 
April 1, 2020 – Coral Springs, FL – Cabin fever is starting to set in for many Americans who are self-quarantined or practicing social distancing. Cruise Planners, the nation’s largest network of home-based travel advisors, believes in the healing power of travel so much so that the company is encouraging travelers to participate in a Facebook photo contest “For the Love of Travel.” 

 

With this social media contest, the goal is to keep fond travel memories alive and have people share their favorite vacation photos. The campaign* is now live and runs through April 30, 2020. All posts will be entered to win the Grand Prize – a 7-Night Caribbean cruise for two in 2021, courtesy of Celebrity Cruises, with weekly prizes of Cruise Planners gift items.

How to Participate 

Participants can simply post a photo of their favorite vacation memory using the hashtag #CruisePlannersLove on their personal Facebook wall or on a Cruise Planner’s travel advisor’s Facebook business page. In order to qualify, the post must include a picture, description of why it’s their favorite vacation and #CruisePlannersLove. 

 

Travel Advisors Continue to Offer Value 

Cruise Planners’ travel advisors have been working around the clock assisting clients with rebooking and reorganizing their travel itineraries these past few weeks in the wake of the changes due to Coronavirus. Many travelers are postponing vacations and opting for 2021 trips, proving the value a travel agent brings with their ability to quickly pivot, offer the best deals and keep clients informed no matter the circumstance.
