Every year, Cruise Planners hosts trips for top-producing travel agents, known as the Elite Summit, rewarding our highest performing agents for their sales success with trips to awe-inspiring destinations, which have included India and the Galapagos Islands.

This year, 23 Cruise Planners agents joined our CEO Michelle Fee and COO Vicky Garcia, along with travel partners from Globus Family of Brands, Royal Caribbean International, Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Travel Impressions, for a bucket-list trip to the top of the world: Machu Picchu. This Incan wonder is located in Peru and nestled seemingly above the clouds. To best experience the destination, Cruise Planners travel agents traveled on a customized escorted tour, organized by Globus Family of Brands.

The immersive tour took the group to Machu Picchu twice – for an afternoon visit and a sunrise hike – and also included a Mother Earth Ceremony, trips to multiple villages and a Peruvian Paso Horse Show.
