Happy 1st Birthday to Maxx, Our Director of Globetrotting

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since Cruise Planners welcomed Maxx the D.O.G. (Director of Globetrotting) into the family! What started as a clever nod to our CP Maxx CRM system has grown into a globe-trotting phenomenon, complete with stylish green glasses, a charming British accent, and a loyal following of travel advisors and clients who’ve taken Maxx with them around the world.

A Birthday with Meaning

Maxx’s birthday, June 21st, is more than just a milestone. It’s a tribute to someone truly special. This date was chosen to honor the memory of the late Vicky Garcia, our beloved Queen of Cruisitude and former co-owner of Cruise Planners. Vicky’s spirit of fun, heart for service, and passion for travel continue to inspire everything we do. Naming Maxx’s birthday in her honor is our way of keeping her legacy alive in every journey he takes.

From Mascot to Travel Icon

Born from a desire to personify the innovation and personality behind our CP Maxx CRM tool, Maxx was created to symbolize efficiency, business savvy, and, of course, adventure. But he quickly became so much more. In just his first year, Maxx plushies have traveled across continents, sailed on cruise ships of all kinds, visited iconic landmarks, and become trusty companions for Cruise Planners advisors and their clients.

From Caribbean cruises and European escapes to Asian adventures and African Safaris, Maxx has been there, adding a little extra Cruisitude along the way.

Maxx hasn’t just been sightseeing, he’s been working hard too! Over the past year, Maxx has made high-profile appearances at:

Wherever Maxx goes, he brings energy, excitement, and a dash of tech-savvy charm. He reminds everyone that Cruise Planners is where business growth meets heart.
