Cruise Planners Visits “The Big Easy” for Agent Forum
Cruise Planners Travel Agents recently visited New Orleans, Louisiana for an unforgettable two-day training focusing on land vacations. Cruise Planners offers training opportunities year-round to help agents become and stay experts in the travel industry while continuing to grow their businesses. Hosted in the iconic French Quarter, this CP Agent Forum was the first Cruise Planners training to be hosted in New Orleans.
Welcome to NOLA
Cruise Planners agents were treated to a welcome reception sponsored by Trafalgar at the Palace Café on the very first night of the forum. New Orleans, a destination famous for Mardi Gras, mouthwatering food and a lively atmosphere, welcomed agents who explored the famous city’s sites including Bourbon Street while making CP memories.
CP Interactive Sessions
Cruise Planners Travel Agents had the opportunity to learn from several travel industry panels and training sessions focusing on land vacation sales, marketing and agent success stories. At the Top Producer’s Insights panel, agents heard from three top-producing Cruise Planners agents on their journeys and tips for improving their businesses. The Cruise Planners Sales Team led the Breaking Down All-Inclusives educational session outlining every detail for planning all-inclusive trips to offer their clients the very best.
Exclusive Networking with Top Industry Professionals
The highlight of this training was the two Preferred Partner Networking Exchanges. These “mini trade show” networking opportunities allowed agents to select six different one-on-one sessions from more than 50 participating partners, for 15 minutes each and the chance to meet several vendors. For many CP Travel Agents, this was their favorite part of the two-day training.
