The highlight of this jam-packed experience was a day at the Globus Family of Brands Headquarters, the first training event of its kind designed exclusively for Cruise Planners Travel Advisors. CP Savvy Skills Sessions
Cruise Planners Travel Advisors got hands-on training with the latest Cruise Planners technology and tools. Cathy Kusuma, Cruise Planners Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships & Agent Engagement, led workshop designed to increase Travel Advisors’ sales and marketing skills, helping them to become even more CP Savvy.
Exclusive Tour of Globus Family of Brands Headquarters
Cruise Planners Travel Advisors took a private tour of the Globus Family of Brands Headquarters, marking the first time ever Globus has ever hosted travel agents in their office. The Cruise Planners family met with Globus V.P. of Sales, Paula Hayes and CEO, Scott Nisbet, as well as members of every department at Globus and got to know those team members with whom they often work with via phone and email to build their travel businesses.
Networking with the Best
After gaining new insight on the industry, Cruise Planners Travel Advisors attended a cocktail reception where they mixed and mingled with regional sales representatives from different Cruise Planners partners and members of the Cruise Planners Home Office Team. This was the perfect setting for everyone to interact on a personal and more relaxed level.
Travel & Adventure Show
Denver proved to be home for many Cruise Planners firsts, as it was also the first time a Travel & Adventure Show was held in the scenic city. The weekend following the training sessions, four Cruise Planners agents had the opportunity to participate in this event, booking land and cruise trips for the event’s attendees.
