From plane, train, tour bus, dog sled, and seaplane, staying overnight in executive suites, and cabin, we bundled a lifetime of beautiful and meaningful memories to cherish for the time we have on this earth. I used to be a Cruise Planners Travel Specialist, so I knew what kind of quality I should be getting with another CP Agent. I was not disappointed! Josie was right on top of using my travel credits and providing the additional services we requested, i.e. changing resorts in the middle of the trip and keeping our transfers correct. Josie was fantastic!! There were so many changes to travel restrictions leading up to our trip and Josie was on top of it!! She emailed or called weekly with updates from the airlines, the resort, the government and it helped take the stress away as I felt informed and prepared.
