I don't know where to begin. This was such a well planned, wonderful trip! Starr was available to answer our questions no matter how silly they probably were and everything was so organized we really didn't have to do anything but show up! It was great having a very professional driver pick us up at the airport and then deposit us when our trip was over. In the past, we have had to take our chances that the driver wasn't surly, he could understand what we were saying and knew our destination. The tour itself was perfect. Our tour manager was bright, knowledgeable and saw to the needs of everyone in our group. I felt totally safe with our bus driver who was also very pleasant and helpful. I had never used Cruise planners or Colette before but I will definitely use them again.

Our latest trip to Costa Rica got a little messed up on way home. While we are very independent people and tried to fix and cancel flights ourselves…we were having a hard time as many flights were delayed/canceled that made wait times & disconnects very frustrating. Starr helped me plan an amazing cruise vacation for my family. When the cruise we were considering was completely booked, she was able to get us the rooms we wanted and the dinner seating we wanted. Plus we got perks like a free specialty dining and gratuities included, that we would never have gotten on our own. She made everything so easy. Traveling with my college aged children and my parents could have been a challenge to meet everyone's needs, but she booked our hotel rooms, transfers and gave great advise on excursions that could keep everyone in the group happy. On October 27, 2019 my sister Maggie and I embarked on an adventure that turned out to be far more than we expected.
Thanks to Starr & John Woldarski, my go to Cruise Planners, not only were the sights, sounds, food and company perfect but the included tours were educational as well as beautiful each and every day.
Along with Starr and John our group also included BG & JG . Every evening whether we spent the day together of a tour or went our own way, we got together to talk about our experiences have a cocktail and eat dinner together. We became a family on this trip.
Our guides were professional and extremely well versed in the history of every tour we were on. Our coach drivers professional and really good drivers!
The staff on the Avalon ship was exceptional and the food just perfectly cooked and presented, like a 5 star restaurant every meal.
Entertainment on the ship provided fun and camaraderie among all of the guests on the ship.

We are back! What a fun and strenuous and stimulating trip. All was incredibly planned, our tour guide was extraordinary. Crowds were very large, but the private tours to the Sistine Chapel and Uffizi were of a lifetime.
