Victoria will continue to get our business as she is a top tier planner! My experience is rated 3 stars because of how difficult it was to communicate with the staff, the majority did not understand English at all! I expect that off the resort not inside where a service is being provided. Secondly the upkeep of the resort is poor, I've stayed at a different Majestic resort and the two aren't comparable.

This was my 71st birthday so I decided at the last minute to go on a cruise so I called the greatest Cruise Planner, Sasha, and she hooked a sister up on the Harmony of the Seas sailing on Sept 4 & my birthday was on the 7th. So I celebrated my birthday with my sister and a whole ship of September babies & we danced the nite away. Lots of fun, good food, entertainment, great Captain & crew. The trip was wonderful. The staff was so helpful. Really no complaints... just suggestions. Because of mobility reasons I didn’t make it on excursions that I would have like to have taken. Disability accessibility was not available for transports for outside activities. If this would have been an option and available I would have gone on tours & excursions.
