"We "planned" our honeymoon cruise November 2019 with Bill and Ann. I use quotes because it felt like the only planning we did was what swimsuit to wear! This was perfect after all of the planning involved in a wedding.
Bill and Ann are extremely knowledgeable and experienced with the cruise industry. We did some research and we thought we knew what we wanted. When we sat down with them, they helped educate us on all of the options and a lot of details we'd missed that would've significantly affected our experience.
Everything leading up to the cruise and during the cruise was seamless! They are super responsive, so that if you have a question or anything they'll take care of you.

We had such a great time on our first cruise that we booked one for the next year once we were back. Bill got us a GREAT group rate, so we were even able to make it a family trip with both sides of our family!
When COVID hit in March, we thought that there was NO WAY that our cruise in November would be cancelled.
Now, it's September 2020. Our cruise hasn't been officially cancelled yet, but we don't feel comfortable being some of the first cruisers even if it does sail. That paired with some changing family plans, we weren't sure what to do.
I can't imagine how hard COVID has been on their business - all of these rules changing everyday and people wanting answers! But, you would never know this with how Bill and Ann treat their customers. Five star customer service is rare when things are going well, let alone in challenging times. They are the epitome of integrity and professionalism.
Bill and Ann patiently and expertly walked all of our family through our options. Some of our family wanted to cancel, and others wanted to Lift & Shift. It was what ended up being best for each party, and they help us all button everything up.
I didn't know this until just recently, but I believe Bill and Ann only get their commission for a cruise (they take no other fees) when the cruise actually sales. It's incredible to find a business that will take care of their customers this well even when their financial incentive is gone. They have our business for life!"

We had an enjoyable time. The ship was amazingly clean and well kept up at all times. You would never go hungry on a cruise ship that is for sure! LOL! My weakness was the soft serve ice cream bar... Our stateroom was perfect for us, just the right amount of space. We enjoyed roaming about Ketchikan and doing some shopping. Juneau was a nice town and interesting. We liked Skagway as it is a smaller town similar to Ketchikan. We liked seeing the glaciers at Tracy Arm and Mendenhall. The Salmon bake was also good. The highlight of our trip was definitely the sled dog experience!
We appreciated all your help and advice. it took a lot of the stress out of a first-time cruise trip for us. We especially were thankful for the TSA express passes at the airports.

The hotel is amazing and the food is awesome. Love the private club. Just down the hall from our room is a lounge with snacks, drinks and a full time attendant and cook. It also has amazing views of the beach. Everyone is genuinely friendly. I am so thankful for your help in planning our vacation-so much better than booking it by myself. What a great cruise line! I was very impressed with their concern for keeping the ship germ free, they had crew members at all the dinning area entrances spraying everyone's hands before they entered & they have dispensers all through the ship. We spent each day in the Spa's Hydro pool & on the heated lounge chairs, what a treat that was!!! The food on the ship was excellent!!!! We experienced The Pinnacle & Tamarind dining & they too were exceptional & worth the extra few $. Their horseback riding tour on Half Moon Cay was a real treat, "swimming" in the ocean on horseback was a memorial experience. We also had a great tour with Shore Excursion Group on Jamaica & with Shore Trips on Grand Cayman, I'd recommend either of those tour companies Cruise Planners is associated with for tours on any cruises.
