Mike and Jennifer were a great help at guiding us through booking our trip to Hawaii. Mike and Jennifer were so helpful with our trip to Iceland, Norway, etc. They were able to save us a considerable amount of $$. Also, made clear the necessity of Trip Insurance. We became ill on our cruise and medical costs should now be covered (waiting on claim results). Also, our connecting flight home was cancelled. We were stuck in NYC for 3 days. This was a wonderful cruise. The ship was beautiful, the entertainment was great, and the food was delicious! WE had been to many of the ports before so we did not do any excursions, but enjoyed our warm days on board when most people were off ship.
Mike goes above and beyond when planning a trip for us. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and makes sure we understand and are prepared for each trip. He is also easy to work with and talk to. Wouldn't think of using anyone else!

Mike & Jenifer are the Best. We have used them for a trip to Northern Italy & 2 years later we used them for a Trip to Southern Italy. I would not even consider using anyone else to arrange travel for me and my wife. They are very detailed, friendly, professional and always keep the interests of their clients first. The knowledge they have is very reassuring especially when going out of the country. They deserve a rating of Perfect on the 2 Italy trips they arranged for us.

We've had the pleasure of cruise planners booking a family caribbean cruise back in 2015 NCL. We are planning on another family cruise in 2022. Thanks to Mike and Jenifer who did a great job preparing us with all the expenses and excursions.
Kris and I worked with Jennifer and Mike at Cruise Planners for our trip to Jamaica. They arranged our flights around needs, found us an awesome room at the resort near the pool and the beach. They also made arrangements for our wedding. Mike made sure we knew the updated requirements for the ever changing Covid restrictions. I am not sure how we would have ever put such an awesome trip and event together without Mike and Jennifer. They eliminated all the stress that could have been involved with planning such a trip. We basically just had to packed and enjoy ourselves.
I went on the MSC Fantasia and it was the BEST experience of my life!! I encourage everyone to try new travel and especially MSC if you have the opportunity! Working with Mike & Jen was so easy!

We had an amazing time on our vacation over Spring Break. We loved all of the food on our cruise and especially enjoyed the excursions we planned through Shore Trips. The zip line through Roatan was my favorite, my husband loved the Dune Buggy and snorkel adventure in Cozumel and our kids liked the cave tubing in Belize. We can't wait for our next get-away!
