On sept 28, we were all looking forward to our cruise, headed to Bermuda.We were a group of sixteen, had made reservation to stay in an inside cabin but about 2weeks prior to our trip we were all upgraded to balcony. How great was that!!! Kathy amazingly handle this situation without hesitation,we really appreciate all her efforts and advice given to us.Our trip was successful,smooth sailing and will definitely continue using our agent.

Kathy, our trip to the Dominican Republic was fabulous. The resort was awesome, rooms were beautiful and everything was immaculate. We enjoyed all the restaurants, pools and other amenities. Staff was very helpful and polite. We would go back tomorrow!! Thanks for all your help.

Figuratively and literally, this cruise rocked. This was our first time sailing the Atlantic and I must say, the rough seas took some getting used to. However, the fact that so much was available to keep us occupied really helped make this an enjoyable 9 night cruise. I do wish more time would be spent in San Juan. We arrived at 4pm and by the time we got on land, there was very little time to explore El Morro which closes at 6pm.
The dining experience was superb and our wait staff was excellent. We opted for the My Time dining and ended up eating at the same table every single night, which really allowed the staff to get to know us and learn our tendencies and likes.
Would definitely recommend this ship to everyone...

Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed the trip to China you arranged for us. Because of a mechanical problem with the ship, the cruise went only as far as the Three Gorges Dam. From there we traveled by coach, rail and air to Shanghai. In spite of it all, we had a great time, it was an adventure! Victoria Cruises had us accompanied with guides and guided tours throughout; Kensington Tours also helped and they were terrific. Bottom line is that we had a great trip; you did a wonderful job organizing it for us.
We're ready for the next one, considering Buenos Aires, Patagonia, and Antarctica!

Kathy! The trip was fantastic! The flights there and back were seamless—so nice how we were met with a personal welcome sign at three different points once we got to Belize. The country, the people and the resort were all incredibly hospitable and beautiful. In fact, we kept saying how we got the nicest resort on the whole island. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Christopher had the time of his life, as did the rest of us. For me, the best part was the third leg of our journey there (and the first on the way back)—the flight to/from the island in the tiny propeller plane over the clear blue waters and smaller islands that separate Ambergris Caye from the mainland. That was an experience we will never forget.
Can’t thank you enough for putting it all together. Let me know if you have any specific questions, even if they arise months in the future when another crazy couple insists on going to Belize.

I highly recommend Kathy Jirau as a Travel Agent/Advisor. This was the first cruise I ever booked and so I wasn’t sure about a number of things, including the differences in rooming within the ship. This was challenging since I was planning the cruise as a surprise anniversary gift to my parents. However I must say that Kathy did a great job in explaining the different options available to me and she worked within my budget. She also found a cruise that fit my preference of leaving out of a nearby port rather than flying, which was extremely helpful. You've arranged two trips for us so far and both were terrific. The Danube River Cruise is going to be the first of many – please plan to be busy keeping us on the World Rivers. Everything went as planned – from airline scheduling to our accommodations on the river. Also the same was true about our long weekend in the Turks and Caicos.

Kathy was able to book a package that was not only more affordably priced, but also an upgrade to the one that sold out before we could purchase it.
