Phyllis S All in all my experience with Isaiah and Deborah was phenomenal. The only thing that I have negative is in the excursion service. Booking was easy, transportation was seemless. The tours were not exactly what I would say desirable for group tour. The guides, were rushed and did not provide "cultural experiences" meaning they did not give us the experience of life of the inhabitants. Specifically the Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius tour. The guide was super focused on the stones and not the life of the occupants. The Piza tour sucked because of the number of tourists. It should've been divided into smaller groups to facilitate the tour. I don't remember specifically what happened on my second tour which speaks volumes of how I felt about that tour because who can't remember a once in a lifetime tour. - Phyllis S.

However, this year threw an incredible wrench in the start of the planning and then through our travel experience. To start, we were a tad behind in selecting just were we wanted to go. We knew when and the type of experience but didn’t know what it might look like. Isaiah and Deborah went the extra mile to lay out visual options streamlined to two great choices that made the selection a breeze within 15 mins. and the alternate was so appealing it has just simply become our next travel excursion. We were booked, all set with somewhere exciting to go. For first time in booking with Bue Water Cruise with Cruise Planners we elected to secure our flight apart of our cruise experience for the mere convenience, but my goodness did that decision pay off for us significantly. Two days before our travel an unforeseen worldwide IT interruption across major airlines caused quite a disruption that initially appeared to be a slight hiccup with some expected clean up. Well, the problem lingered and grew frustrating for scheduled flights, and many were delayed and even canceled. The day before our trip, our airline company emailed to say, we know you are scheduled to fly with us in the morning, but we can’t guarantee anything so make your best choice in how you want to get to your destination. So, we figured our best choice was to call Blue Water Cruise with Cruise Planners and ask them just what we should do. Knowing that they didn’t have responsibility to guide our decision on flights given an IT issue completely out of their control, they stood by our side moment by moment, reassuring us all would be well. We showed up to the airport hours early. You wouldn’t believe it, but they stayed up with us through the night to inquire about the updates all while notifying us of our coverage options if there became need to initiate. They stood on the front line after our flight was delayed a total of 8 times reassuring us that it would all work out. When it seemed that all hope was lost for us to make the cruise before the final boarding call, they activated their VIP status and knew the right numbers to call. You see we just simply didn’t know the number to HOLD THAT SHIP, WE ARE COMING. The level of patience, calm and steady resolve made a stress filled time one filled with hope and awe of a miracle in the making. To describe to sigh of relief that an exception was made to allow us an extra 30 minutes to place our feet on the ship was simply an unbelievable moment. So, we made it. We could finally relax and enjoy. Well days into our trip the thought came that the IT issues may not be resolved before we need to depart. Well turns out, two days prior to our ship returning guest services called our room to state there was a ‘change’ to our flight. This ended up being a canceled flight. Thankfully, we booked our flight through Blue Water Cruise with Cruise Planners and while we were sailing on the majestic waters the team was working on our behalf to secure us the next available flight. Though it ended up being a red eye flight as the next available option, when we got to the airport an unpleasant familiarity set in. You guessed it, we experienced another 8 delays. They stood by our side, ready to offer trusted resources, reminding us of our options and assuring us of the capable hands that we were in. I was scheduled to go on vacation to Sydney, Australia- 2023. A trip I had been planning with Mr. Banks for awhile (due to COVID/ILLNESS) delayed several times. Finally, it was time to fly and I was extremely excited. I flew Delta airline (the ticket was very expensive) to California (time zone/ 3 hrs time) with departure to Sydney, Australia—to meet my cruise (GMT + 11, = 16 hrs ahead of USA). The flight was delayed—due to maintenance issues over night. The flight from California to Sydney, Australia was 15-16 hrs. The possibility of missing the cruise was clear. So what do I do? No Place Like Home. Client testimony from a recent trip to Israel. We are home, as wonderful as vacations are, there is really no place like home. We had a great time - all of my worries were for naught. I know I bothered you to death about the trip; the airport check-in went very smoothly, our KTN numbers were not on the boarding passes, but there was a notation that indicated we had TSA Pre-ck, so all was well. Regarding the location of our cabin, it was down the hall from the Centrium but far enough away so that we were not disturbed by the music or entertainment. Funny thing was there were little kids running up and down the halls screaming most nights. We also didn't have to worry about the language as most people, even on the tours spoke English. I'm sure this was all old hat to you, but it has literally been decades since we let the states, so I lost a little sleep worrying, glad it was for nothing. Israel's airport is not for the faint of heart though. When we arrived, we didn't find one person to help and the signage was in Hebrew or Arabic. so, we just followed the crowd. It took quite a while to get through customs and security - wasn't sure what we were doing but we made it. I apologize again for waking you up in the middle of the night. The transport driver was not there originally, I walked the length of the airport a couple to times looking for someone and none of the other transports knew him or had seen him. But the crisis was averted and we made it to the ship. I dreaded going back to the airport for the trip home, it was painless - except for the fact that because of the Sabbath there were no flights in or out from 6pm to 11 pm - so we couldn't check in or go through security but it didn't increase the time we would have had to wait in any case. Alaska Cruise on Celebrity Our vacation was a solid 10, all the arrangements were executed perfectly. The ship was beautiful, the staff was polite and professional, entertainment was first class, and the food options were plentiful and delicious (except the desserts). The excursions we took were exciting and the scenery was amazing. Only disappointing event was getting back to the airport in Seattle. Another cruise ship also disembarked at the same time we did so there was as a huge crowd competing to get on the buses and taxicabs. Jamaica Graduation Celebration 2023 Good morning Isaiah, We just returned last night from a wonderful Jamaican celebration and I thought you might be interested in some observations. First, the Mobay Club recommendation was excellent. They made traveling very easy. If I had any doubts about its worth, all I had to do was look at the 21/2 hour wait through customs compared to our 30 minute process and the beef patties were delicious. Thank you. Second, it may seem like a small thing, but the water in the hotel was delicious; they don’t allow bottled water but have their own cool water dispensers. The showers were also amazing and relaxing. Which brings me to the Dunn River fall. I heard you said it was a “rite of passage,” but for whom- ????????????? For a 70* grandmother??? Some wagered a bet that my sister and I wouldn’t make it up, but with God’s help we made it to the top!!!! The kids loved it!!!! Not so much the adults! But it was an experience I will never forget! Thank you. Third, the hotel was very clean and nice. We loved the ocean front view. The rastasafari tour was interesting and fun— especially the dune buggy ride. But that tour is not for the prudish. They take full advantage of Jamaica’s liberal “ganja” policies. We even passed the government marijuana farm- “for medicinal purposes only, of course ???????????? Finally, I enjoyed the trip and appreciate your planning. The printed itinerary that you sent us was so very detailed and helpful. I referred to it several times during the entire trip. I’m glad I had a hard copy that I could refer to immediately rather than having to rely on pulling it up on my phone. I guess that’s all. Cruising from Cali on Carnival Panorama This was the absolute best 7 Day Cruise that I have ever taken. The ship was gorgeous, the food was excellent, the activities were over the top. A lovely way to celebrate our 40th anniversary I want to thank Isaiah and Deborah Banks so much for making this trip possible. Incredible 2023 Jamaica Cruise!! What an awesome 7-day Jamaica Cruise well coordinated and organized by the "Super Banks Duo". This is by far my best cruise among all others. Not to downplay the other cruises, but I just simply enjoyed practically everything about this cruise. To name a few, the ports of call were all enjoyable from shopping to the beautiful sights and beaches. The cruise ship Odyssey of the Seas was full of live entertainment and shows which I attended most of them (including the outdoor bands). Last, but not least, as always the Banks did a phenomenal job in organizing and making sure everyone was well accommodated and made themselves available to any questions and concerns no matter how often you ask. They are very detailed in their communication and make sure everyone is notified of important information. Once again--"Job Well Done!" Trip insurance I am truly grateful that I have Isaiah and Deborah Banks as my travel agents. This was my first time planning a cruise vacation and I wanted to have someone else to take the wheel on the planning. A Marvelous Vacation Get travel insurance! At age 70, I had the time of my life on a September 8-16th Delta Airlines and Royal Caribbean Ovation of the Seas cruise. I traveled with a big group of seniors, many of whom have become my good friends. While participating in a dodgeball activity on the ship, I tripped over my own feet and fell. Yes, at my age I was playing dodgeball and winning against people much younger than me I broke my wrist but, it did not break my spirit. Cruising during the Holidays in 2021 “What a blast! Cruising during Christmas made our holiday season even more special. However, none of it would have been possible without the services of Isaiah and Cruise Planners. The day before we drove done to Miami, we needed a PCR test. We originally scheduled with CVS but they could deliver results before we left. Isaiah, on a later Friday afternoon found us a place to go and get tested. This was the 2nd time he helped us for this cruise. Because of issues with the original ship, we were switched to a different ship with the same sail dates. Isaiah stated on top of the problem and ensured our family would be in joining rooms. Their representative greeted us at the airport when we arrived, presented us with leis, and transported us to our destination. They also provided transportation to the Welcome Breakfast the next morning. The breakfast was delicious. During the breakfast a representative explained important information about Hawaii and provided sheets of various tours and activities we could purchase. We paid for the tours we selected with transportation included. We were then taken to the factory where jewelry is made of pearls from the ocean. Our submarine, Luau and Circle Island Tour we explored in Hawaii were enjoyable and informative. The food was tasty and we were able to sample some Hawaiian food. Thank you for helping us with the selection of Hilton Hawaiian Village. It is a fantastic complex of hotels, shops, restaurants. We stayed in the Rainbow Tower. We had a lovely ocean view room and the view was breathtaking. It is located on the beach which we had fun and delighted in. The surroundings were so beautiful -- the lagoon, the landscaping, foliage, pools, waterfalls, decorations etc. The Hilton Hawaiian Village is in a great location in the city with other shops, stores, mall, restaurants nearby. Only glitch was the water was rough on Coco Cay day and we were not allowed to get off of the ship. The charge for the snorkeling excursion that we were going on that day was not removed from our bill so on disembark morning they told us we had to call the Royal Caribbean 800 number to see about the refund. It took 3 representatives and a week, but we got the refund. Other than that minor inconvenience, we had no issues. My husband is excited to do it again soon, so I will be contacting you soon. Our Honeymoon Isaiah and Deborah provided excellent service to us in helping to plan our honeymoon. After reviewing several travel destinations we decided to visit Sandals Grand Riviera in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Sandals Resort We had an awesome time in Jamaica. After getting over my allergic reaction things got better : ) We had a chance to do three tours: Bob Marley Zion Bus Tour, Swim with the Dolphins, and Dunn's River Falls.
