Kim was a huge help in planning our 30th Wedding Anniversary trip to Croatia! We've traveled to many countries, including nearby Greece and Italy, but Croatia was new for us. Besides celebrating over a 2.5 week trip, this was also, to a lesser degree, an opportunity to see where my Great Grandparents had immigrated from on the island of Ugljan! Kim did an amazing job scheduling out all our hotels and an AirBNB on the island. The trip was carefully planned in terms of sight-seeing, where to expect meals, etc. At one point we had an issue with a newly renovated hotel and so we contacted Kim on WhatsApp and she quickly remedied the situation. We (my wife and I) are not your usual travelers that go to one location, hang out on the beach and chill for the week. We tend to want to do and see everything. When setting up a trip to celebrate our 30th anniversary (and after recently after retiring as well) we wanted to have a blow out vacation and decided that our destination would be Croatia.
That is where Kim came in. Kim not only lived in Croatia but know all the inside secret and amazing places where most don’t go. At our request, Kim put together an aggressive 17-day schedule to see most of the key areas of Croatia but to also fit in some beautiful areas Montenegro as well. Kim worked this from every possible angle and gave us so many great suggestions that we did not even think about. When here, see this, when there see that, here is a lift of wineries in every region, make sure to fit in this, don’t bother doing that, etc. We felt well prepared and what an amazing trip of a lifetime.
We did encounter a few minor issues during the trip and with a quick WhatsApp message to Kim, she was on it and quickly resolved it. We felt amazing supported by Kim and her husband before, during and after our trip. I can’t say enough on how great Kim was and I we truly appreciate her being in our corner the entire time.
