Sejal helped us book a Caribbean cruise, that we just returned from. I was so impressed with her professionalism from the start to finish. It was family group 20+ people. Mostly seniors, some first time cruisers, so needed some assistance during the booking process, accessing documents, checking in, printing baggage tags…..Sejal was so helpful in that she prepared full packages for everyone in the group and prior to the cruise, she met with the group to explain the whole embarkation process, so that everyone was well informed. At the time of embarking she was there providing guidance and that everyone one was comfortable. During the cruise she made sure she was available to answer questions. She booked special dinners and made sure everyone understood the meeting times for our reservations. Until the disembarkation, Sejal was helpful. We have booked many of our family holidays with Sejal over the past few years, and she has been completely successful, helpful, and extremely efficient. We booked our Hawaii islands cruise on the NCL Pride of America with our whole family of 5. Our flights, transfers, excursions, hotels were all booked exactly according to our preferences, and our whole trip was excellent and definitely memorable. One of our return flights was cancelled unexpectedly, unknown to us. However we received a personal call from Sejal who informed us of this cancellation, and told us that she had re-booked us all on another flight! What a great personal service! Sejal turned the phrase "The devil is in the details" into "The god is in the details!" Yes, with her meticulous planning of every detail of our Costa Rica vacation, she made our experience very enjoyable and flawless. From the time we landed in that country to our departure, everything was planned very well. Transportation from and to the airport, food, three resorts in different parts of the country, transportation between resorts, and activities like multiple guided hikes, horseback riding, and private catamaran excursion were perfectly planned and executed.
