In 1996, Dawn and Chris met while working in the hospitality industry.  At the time, they were working with Marriott, Dawn was also interning at Walt Disney World, and Chris was being recognized for his contributions to outstanding customer service.  They shared a love for hotels, the guests, and traveling in general.   

Fast forward, they passed that love of travel onto their kids and enjoyed many trips and adventures as a family over the years.  Dawn and Chris enjoy all types of travel; however, they especially love cruising.  It's a great way to travel and visit multiple destinations on one trip.   

Throughout the years, they have booked cruises with travel agents and were less than impressed with the level of service received.
