We have used Annie now on 7 or 8 cruises and are extremely happy with her. We've even referred numerous friends and fellow cruisers to Annie.
Annie was very instrumental in our enjoying our cruise to its fullest. First of all she was able to help select our stateroom and we ended up on the side that had significantly better views than the other side. We were also nicely midship so we were close to everything. Annie also suggested we go Aqua class, which I probably would not have done myself but this more than anything took our cruise from being good to being fabulous. The food was better, the service was impeccable and we started every day at breakfast and dinner in the evening with a first class relaxed fine dining atmosphere, which was a welcome change from the unavoidedly chaotic buffet at lunch. Annie also helped us choose some wonderful excursions. Prior to the cruise we made an additional stop for which Annie also made some valuable suggestions. When next we sail, we will be calling Annie Maturino.
Tim and Pat helped us plan the perfect trip. They were always willing to answer my questions, and made recommendations to make the trip even more memorable. Not only did we have a wonderful cruise, we have travel agents that we can really count on!

Annie always works to get us the right cruise for us, at the right price. She works diligently to get us upgrades, and almost always succeeds. On the few occasions when we have had an issue with the cruise line, she has been quick to take our side and assure that the cruise line takes care of any issue we have. We have usedAnnie as our exclusive travel agent for a few years now. We have found that she can match or even beat any online company prices. Also it is great to have a knowledgeable agent you can call to answer you questions and concerns. In the past she has kept a close eye on our cruise bookings and when the price dropped, she re-booked us with the new, lower price. Also, when it came to getting travel insurance, Annie explained the different kinds and how important it was to purchase the right kind for our specific needs. It is not “one kind fits allâ€. No one had ever explained that before, so we are thankful Annie took the time to talk of us.
