Patty did a great job getting to know our family and recommending the right ship for us. She suggested Celebrity Summit which is not a large 5,000 passenger vessel. My mother is older and, while not wheel chair bound, has difficulty walking distances. A smaller ship made her voyage much more enjoyable. Patty arranged a wheel chair for embarkation and disembarkation. The walks to the restaurants and various venues were much shorter.
Celebrity did a great job as well. The food was very high quality; even at the buffet. Service was impeccable. Patty also sent us offers of shore excursions which were significant cost savings from the normal ship prices. We’ll be repeat customers!
