Travel should be exciting—not overwhelming.

I started Jill’s Jolly Holiday (now known as Jill Whelan Cruise Planners) in 2017 because I wanted to help take the stress and uncertainty out of planning a vacation. Over the years, I’ve learned that the most important part of planning a great trip isn’t simply finding a destination or a good deal. It’s getting to know the people I’m planning it for.

That’s why I believe so strongly in personal, one-on-one service.

Every traveler is different. Some clients come to me knowing exactly where they want to go, while others simply know they need a vacation. I take the time to listen, ask questions, learn what you enjoy, and understand what you want from your time away. Sometimes that means helping you find exactly what you had in mind—and sometimes it means introducing you to a destination or experience you didn’t even know you were looking for.

Whether it’s a relaxing Caribbean getaway, an all-inclusive resort, a cruise, a Disney vacation, or something completely different, my goal is never to simply “book a trip.” It’s to help create the right trip for you.

Jill Whelan Cruise Planners may be a travel agency, but I want it to feel much more personal than that. When you work with me, you’re not just another reservation or confirmation number. You’re someone whose vacation matters to me.

Because some of the best trips begin with a simple conversation—and sometimes the perfect destination is one you haven’t discovered yet.
