It was my first cruise travel. I enjoyed it, but will not be my favorite travel form. I participated on shore excursions from each ports ( except Grand Turk, because it was cancelled), but in most cases I was disappointed. Two-four hours excursions only gave a general impression and I like to experience more details.

We had a great time! Our tour guide Tessa was amazing in her knowledge and general positive attitude. Very professional. She was a joy to be with. The driver Rayshawn was simply the best with his handling of our coach. We were in safe hands, no question about it.
My fellow travelers (6 of us) all felt the hour long boat ride on Lake Powell was unnecessary. Just a time filler; provided nothing to the overall trip.
All in all a most excellent adventure which I highly recommend. Great job Collette!

This was our first river cruise. Bill provided great information on the different cruise lines and routes and helped us nail down our final decisions. Communication directly with Bill and using the CP and Avalon apps was timely and effective and Bill was very patient and responsive to all the last-minute questions that came up. We were very satisfied with the Avalon Impression and felt that the crew were great. We look forward to more cruises with Avalon using Bill and CP for the arrangements.

The boarding process was easy, our cabin was in the perfect location, the ship was very clean, and all of the crew that we interacted with were very friendly and professional. The food was great also. The excursions that we chose were wonderful. I can't say one negative thing about our experience on Royal Caribbean's Adventure of the Seas. It was a perfect vacation. This is the second of two cruises Bill helped us plan using the credits from cancelled trip. Bill was diligent in making sure we got everything coming to us. Because this we put a deposit down for our next advenure.
When my Husband and I decided to go on a River Cruise I called Bill. He mentioned that he had traveled on Avalon and had a wonderful experience. We put our faith in Bill and made the same choice. Bill helped with all the details and made our trip planning seamless. We loved everything about our river cruise and will plan another through Bill. We would strongly recommend Bill and Cruise Planners.
Bill was incredibly helpful planning our first cruise. We had a blast and my girlfriend couldn't wait to go again. We're in the process of booking our 2nd cruise with Bill (for twice as long this time) and the whole process has been so easy from start to finish and he's saving us a ton of money. Lori Beth was amazing to work with. She made this trip so easy for my daughters and I, especially as we are first time Cruisers. The hotel she booked for us was minutes away from the departing port. The hotel was very nice, affordable, and classy. We were within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and exploring the area. The Cruise itself had so many awesome excursions for us to choose from. The boat, the Carnival Glory, had so much to do on board and kept my 18 and 20 year old daughters busy and content. The food options were great, so many choices. Most of them were included and the ones that were not were still very affordable. My daughters and I are very picky eaters and could always find something we liked to eat everyday that was included. We loved the location of our stateroom. Lori made sure she checked the location of our cabin so we were not close to anything that would keep us up during the night. Our cabin location was so quiet we were even able to take naps during the day. Lori thought of everything and made sure our trip was perfect. She really listened to everything we wanted and planned the perfect trip for us. It was a trip that my daughters will never forget.
Thank you Lori for making our first time Cruise experience so easy. We went on the Carnival Glory for a Caribbean Cruise which stopped in Jamaica, Caymen Islands and Mexico. We had an amazing time. Lori took care of everything for us including booking our hotel which was literally minutes away from the Port. She even made sure our cabin was in a quiet area of the ship to ensure we were able to sleep well at night. I HIghly recommend Lori to book your next Cruise ???? ???? ??

Our trip was everything and a lot more than we had anticipated. Everything about was top shelf or first class. The biggest standout was both the positive attitude and quality of service of the entire crew. The food was outstanding and the ports visited the best!
