Paris Hi Tricia, The trip was great! Loved all the tours. I thought the guides were excellent. We definitely made the most of our time in Paris. The only thing I would do differently is stay in a hotel with a restaurant. There were a couple of nights where we were pooped and would have liked to have that option. Azamara cruise Dear Tricia, thank you very much for the great job organizing our trip and the onboard credit. Airport transfer was perfect (I gave them a 5 star rating) got to the airport on time; but due to heavy fog in Paris CDG, our flights were delayed; we made the connecting flight to Miami but our luggage did not. Air France acknowledged our luggage which hopefully will be delivered by tomorrow. Overall cruise experience was wonderful, we had fantastic weather all the way. With another couple, we started in Milan, went to Lake Como, took the Bernina Red Train Express to St. Moritz and Switzerland, the Duomo and Last Supper viewing in Milan and a private car service to Venice to start the Azamara cruise, we loved everything and was impressed with Croatia! .Our suite was very nice, except for small bathroom, and the crew personable. Destination and excursions were good choices. with Azamara. Compared to Viking, , we found Viking slightly better in food quality, spa services and amenities, internet service, and entertainment. Dominican Republic Resort: so, we upgraded to the platinum when we got there. And truthfully, it was the right move. I may be wrong, but because the cost was relatively low, there were a lot of interesting folks. People perched at the pool bar, drank for hours but somehow never left their seats! With 10 friends around as the kids were going wild. With that said, the platinum gave us our own beach and beachside restaurant. It was excellent. Absolutely excellent. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The included restaurants were all solid. Sadly, no waiter service at the pool. You have to up to the bar to get drinks. Room was really a perfect size for a family of 4. The effort that went into cleaning it, could've been better. Not saying it was dirty. But a mop or vacuum once every couple days would have been cool. Towels, it's an eco friendly resort so they aren't always replacing towels. Really only negative for me, was the regular push from the vacation "club." One dude bothered me for 15 minutes despite me saying no, multiple times. Overall, grounds were well maintained. They worked very hard to clean the beach of the seaweed. Had this cute lil pond with ducks, flamingos and other birds hanging out. Had a sort of nature walk with lots of iguanas and other birds. Frogs and turtles in the swamp area. We liked it. Peacocks freely roam the grounds, and are not bothered by people. Trolley service throughout facility. Although certain groups got very aggressive and pushed passed you to get on. But walk is more than doable, no more than 5 minutes. Ice cream shop was good. Sports bar, slow service, but cool to hang in for a game. Played mini golf, but only had two balls. Cool tho. Kids pool was a lil crazy. Some kids just animals. But it was cute, nothing intimidating at all. Luke was bored of it within 15 minutes, but did enjoy it. Kids pool was very clean. Sadly, plenty of people smoking at pool. Although signs said no smoking, not enforced. Main pools chairs fill up quickly, I was usually out by 6:30 to get a shaded set of 4. Kids pool, don't have to rush to get a chair. - Scott H.

Italy Good morning, I want to thank you again for coordinating this once in a lifetime trip for my family! The only tiny snags came with the night of the train delay and not going into Pisa (which was open to the public by the way) Every tour and guide, attendants helping with transfers and the drivers (bus, van and boat) were all so friendly and helpful. plus each hotel was amazing in location and staff. Europe We absolutely loved our Switzerland, Lake Como, and Austria trip! Thank you so much for all your hard work on it. In particular, I know it was a custom tour, but the winery tour out of Geneva was spectacular — the main winery chosen was so beautiful — and we got to see the beautiful lake and all the mountain landscapes. Also, the Bellagio walking tour with stunning wine tasting was excellent — we got to see parts of Bellagio we would not have known to look for on our own and the winery had incredible views and was very tasty. Lisbon Good morning, Tricia, Finally have a minute to touch base. We had a great trip! One thing I might do differently next time is stay in the more touristy area or on Avenida de Liberdade. Our hotel (Hotel 1 Hotel Real Palacio) was beautiful, and the breakfast was amazing, but we did experience a slight language barrier and not great service in the restaurant and bar. Also, there did not seem to be a ton of options for dinner/ drinks that were walkable near the hotel, so we spent a lot of time in Ubers. All totally fine, but for us something to think about in the future. The tours and tour guides were fantastic. Warm, interesting people that were very knowledgeable. Even though by the end of the trip, parts of the tours seemed a bit repetitive, I learned something knew from each person. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the day trip to Sintra and the Palma Yacht two-hour sail on the Tagus, as well as the food and wine tuk tuk tour. The guide on the day trip, Pedro, sent us to the most amazing place for lunch. Totally off the charts - location, service, and food! - Lisa D.

Dana was amazing at helping plan accommodations and excursions at the last minute to help me navigate my first time being in Europe and Italy. She was able to get tickets to normally sold out places such as the Uffizi Gallery and Boboli Gardens in Florence. A highlight of the trip was booking e-bike reservations to bike in the Tuscan countryside to a picturesque winery for a tasting. The accommodations Dana recommended in San Gimignano were beautiful and more than adequate. Dominican Republic I just wanted to let you know that the trip went off perfectly except for one little hitch. Jo got pricked or stung by something in her finger and we spent 6 hours at the hospital. It was at night so it wasn't so terrible especially since everything worked out. The fees we had to pay up front were about $1,200. Hard Rock Riviera Maya We love Tricia! She is down to earth realistic and always accommodating The all inclusive resort experience is never our favorite but it's the best option for our family now. The only real negative about this last trip was that we could hear the delivery trucks beeping as they reversed for hours everyday beginning at 5:15 AM. France and Amalfi Coast Hi Tricia, We had an amazing trip! The hotels were great, especially the Hotel Capodimonte. Our room was very large, beautifully appointed and great view from the balcony. I would highly recommend it. Le Pradey was very nice too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean but very small. The coach tour of the Amalfi Coast was very nice just long due to the traffic. The pick ups to and from the airports were on time and worked out well. Thank you for your help in planning it all. Great cruise This was my second Atlas Ocean Voyage Cruise and it was exceptional and far exceeded our expectations. The crew could never be more helpful from the Hotel Manager, Nuno to the room steward, Mark, to the outstanding bar tenders Kevant and Roberto to the dining room staff including Claudia, Eduardo, Buda and Edison. The Captain was very friendly and would stop to talk with you.

Atlas Cruise Hi Susan, While the cruise is still fresh in my memory, I wanted to tell you what a great time the four of us had. Martha and Ed have sailed with the Windstar over 10 times, and they thought Atlas Ocean Voyages was beyond all expectations. It was extraordinary. Everything went very smoothly and trouble free. Nota S from ToursByLocals was outstanding. We toured the Acropolis, she was able to get Ed a taxi back to the hotel and then the 3 of us toured the Museum. All your advice to get online tickets and then meet her at 7:20 am was worth the effort to get up early. The crowds and heat were 2 considerations that we avoided. The lines were beyond long. Our Athens Hotel was very good and strategically located. We had no trouble finding a restaurant in the area. The cruise ship, World Navigator, was great, just like the Antarctic trip. Having Nuno there as Hotel Manager was really nice and he remembered the "Lively Fifteen!” A few of the servers from the dining room came up to me to say how nice it was to see me again. Food was very good as this cruise was billed as an epicurean adventure. There were only 84 people on board with 105 crew members. The 7th floor Atlas lounge was pretty much all to ourselves or just 2-4 other people. The 2 bartenders there were outstanding (Kevant and Roberto) and looked forward to our 6 pm meeting time. The excursions were excellent. Two of the guides we had were terrific (Montenegro and Albania). It was easy to schedule excursions from the ship, although a few excursions were cancelled as there were not enough people signed up. Nuno tells me that in future voyages they hope to have lectures about the areas that are visited and the guide might stay on the ship for a day or two. That would be very helpful. Nuno was extremely helpful in getting a van to pick us up in Dubrovnik at 4 am, arranging for embarkation and a trip to the airport. Bruno from Blacklane was our driver from Zagreb to Trieste. He was an excellent driver and told us we would be at the Hotel Continental at 10 am and we were there on the dot. The van was comfortable and allowed us to sleep for an hour or so since we had to get up so early for the Dubrovnik to Zagreb flight. We recommend the Hotel Continental as it was quiet and well located in the center of Trieste. The train ride from Trieste to Venice was easy although Venice Mestre was not well marked. It took us 45 minutes to find a bus to take us to the Sheraton Four Points Hotel in Mestre. For some reason, you had to request a cab by mobile phone and some how not all phones worked. (worked in Trieste) After talking to several helpful people we found out how to purchase tickets for the bus and found our way to the right bus stop. We all felt that the United Airlines flight was a nicer plane than the older Delta plane going back. My seat would not lie flat to sleep going back, and they offered me 5,000 sky miles. The fellow in front of me complained before we took off from Venice and he got 30,000 sky miles. So I will have to ask Delta for more compensation. Melia Punta Cana Resort Thanks! We all had a great time!!!! Very relaxing and just what we needed. The resort itself was very big, but completely fine because they had trolleys every 10 mins. Clean grounds-tropical and well kept. The hotel rooms were spacious and very clean. Plenty of room and sleeping options for everyone. One room had two doubles, a twin pullout and a couch. The other room a king and the same as above. They came everyday to change the sheets and towels/clean. Mini fridge was stocked everyday with beer, water, soda and sparking water! All included. Water issue: The night we didn’t have water, one night they left a bottle of champagne and chocolates and chocolate covered strawberries. The other night a bottle of Mamawana Rum and macaroon’s and chocolates. Beaches were clean. Sand white and water see-through a greenish/blue color. Poolside service was so so- we mainly had to wait a bit for a waiter or go get drinks ourselves (lol). Everyday they had pool aerobics. Music playing! Fun! Restaurants were all good! Hibachi was included-with an option to upgrade but we felt there was no need. Plenty of food. Buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was good. Night life was good. Every night a show followed by an dj. Throughout the resort- lots of upscale bar areas. Overall the trip was amazing! We really enjoyed it. Oh and Victoria LOVED the kids club!!!! Spent many days there and had great activities. We did find out they have a “Level” bracelet which gets your top shelf liquor and better rooms- although we had no problem getting top shelf?! So who knows! I We met some guy who has been there 27 times (to golf with guys and them also goes with family) told us next time to book the same rooms and slip someone $$ to upgrade!! Funny we had initially asked about an upgrade and they told us there was nothing?? Now we know. He also said it’s the BEST golf course. Hope my review helps you. Punta Cana Vacation We had a great time last week in the DR. The hotel was great, the staff was friendly, and Bianca approved of the beach! She is very picky about her beaches lol. I have to say this was one of the best traveling experiences we have ever had. All our flights took off on or before time. We barley waited in lines for security or customs at both airports! We had the most amazing honeymoon, thanks to Tricia! She was able to find us reasonable first class airfare with the right amount of time for layovers to Hawaii. (We’re from Delaware so flying direct is not an option.) we went back and forth with hotels while trying to decide and ultimately stayed at the Ritz in Maui. It was better than we could have imagined. The kicker is she was able to pull together this itinerary about 2 weeks before we left! Croatia Hi Tricia, Now that we have had some time to readjust to being home, I wanted to take a few moments to thank you for setting up a fantastic trip for us. Everything worked out smoothly and we enjoyed each place we visited. Each was unique and the guides were exceptional. I especially would highlight Vesna in Split and Goran in Kotor. They were outstanding in their knowledge of the whole culture and there wasn’t a question they could not answer. That is not to say that the other three guides were not also very good-they were. We particularly loved the accommodations in Hvar(Adrianna) and Kotor (Forza Mare). One of the nights we were in Hvar, we watched a Beatles tribute band from the balcony of the Adrianna-spectacular! The additional wine tastings, the oyster and mussel tasting on the private island and the village stop to taste the prosciutto(and the bread, cheese, salad and wine!!) were all well worth the stops. In retrospect, the one thing we probably should have done is add an extra day in Dubrovnik and done one fewer days in Kotor. All in all, however, it was a fabulous trip-one we will be talking about for a long time to come. We hope to be able to do another trip through you in the future. Croatia Hi Tricia, The trip was wonderful. The accommodations all worked out well, especially the Penthouse upgrade in Hvar. Connections worked out smoothly. We were all very impressed with the tour guides. They all did a terrific job. You probably should take note of two things regarding the Forze Mare in Kotor: 1) the hotel is an hour's walk into town. People need taxi to get anywhere; 2) the area is full of cats. You may want to forward folks who may be sensitive to allergies. Otherwise, the resort area in Kotor was lovely and worth the visit. Celebrity Solstice Alaska Cruise Hi Trisha , first of all thank you for the champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! I felt like I owe you the gift for all your help! Can you please send me links to websites where I can post my very positive comments regarding your knowledgeable and patient help? Also do you have a mailing address? We enjoyed the trip immensely all cabins were perfect. It was a very busy week onboard we ate in the epernay( main) dining room each night the specialty restaurants were all booked all weeklong. This was okay since we spent a fortune already anyway and the dining room had plenty of choices. The buffet on 14 was well run, clean and varied enough each day to keep it interesting. The ships crew were all wonderful, what a clean and well run machine it is! They all loved our grandson and even made him babyccinos in the bistro( for free- steamed milk in a tiny cup with a swirl of chocolate syrup on top, he loved them!). We only booked two shore excursions with them, a train ride in Skagway and a zip line adventure ( which was labeled strenuous but barely challenged our 26-30 year old males).
