Sejal had planned our cruise with meticulous details taking into account of the ages of each individual in our group of 21. We all had an enjoyable cruise with the speciality dinners celebrating milestone birthdays starting with 80th followed by 75th & 70th which was followed by two who celebrated their 60th.

Sejal helped us book a Caribbean cruise, that we just returned from. I was so impressed with her professionalism from the start to finish. It was family group 20+ people. Mostly seniors, some first time cruisers, so needed some assistance during the booking process, accessing documents, checking in, printing baggage tags…..Sejal was so helpful in that she prepared full packages for everyone in the group and prior to the cruise, she met with the group to explain the whole embarkation process, so that everyone was well informed. At the time of embarking she was there providing guidance and that everyone one was comfortable. During the cruise she made sure she was available to answer questions. She booked special dinners and made sure everyone understood the meeting times for our reservations. Until the disembarkation, Sejal was helpful. Sejal with her pleasant personality made the whole the process seamless and resulted in a most enjoyable and memorable family holiday.

Although my Wife's family was already booked, Sejal booked our trip to the Riviera Maya, Mexico for our family so that my wife could be part of her family reunion during the winter holidays. Sejal was able to book us at the same resort and even near our extended family who had already arrived couple days before. We have booked many of our family holidays with Sejal over the past few years, and she has been completely successful, helpful, and extremely efficient. We booked our Hawaii islands cruise on the NCL Pride of America with our whole family of 5. Our flights, transfers, excursions, hotels were all booked exactly according to our preferences, and our whole trip was excellent and definitely memorable. One of our return flights was cancelled unexpectedly, unknown to us. However we received a personal call from Sejal who informed us of this cancellation, and told us that she had re-booked us all on another flight! What a great personal service! She took care of us even DURING our holiday! One of our bucket list item was the Galapagos on the Celebrity Flora. Our entire vacation was booked by Sejal. She was extremely efficient, helpful, and very meticulous down to the very last detail! Everything was planned for us and explained VERY clearly to us. We had absolutely no worries during our holiday! Her ability to be so completely detail-oriented was very helpful and comforting to know exactly what to expect. This made our Galapagos trip completely memorable, once-in-a-lifetime experience!!! Thank you so much Sejal for booking our dream adventures so successfully for us. Sejal turned the phrase "The devil is in the details" into "The god is in the details!" Yes, with her meticulous planning of every detail of our Costa Rica vacation, she made our experience very enjoyable and flawless. From the time we landed in that country to our departure, everything was planned very well. Transportation from and to the airport, food, three resorts in different parts of the country, transportation between resorts, and activities like multiple guided hikes, horseback riding, and private catamaran excursion were perfectly planned and executed. Sejal guided us on this trip from planning to execution, including matters like insurance. We were very happy with her services and, if you are demanding travelers like us, I'm sure you will be too.
She's presently helping us plan our family cruise on the Icon of the Seas for early next year. Sejal is a keeper!
