This was our 2nd cruise using Cruise Planners! We cruised the Caribbean with Carnival and cruised around Hawaii on Norwegian. Kim and Paul are amazing at their job! They were able to guide us on the decision of the destinations as well as help us with the details to make it happen. I also appreciated that they were able to advise us on what ports might be like as well as shore excursions to take advantage of. They were amazing with customer service! Kim was readily accessible and willing to answer questions…..even if asked a million times. If, they were not sure of an answer, they researched and got back with me quickly. The Hawaii trip was an anniversary celebration. To our surprise, when we got to our room on the ship, we found a “sweet treat” waiting on us! They pay attention to details and that means a lot! We definitely will use their service again and have shared our experience with our friends!

The Kuhn’s were so wonderful and planned every last detail for our trip. Everything we ask for they made happen from the ship we wanted to the type of room, excursions on land and even our flights. I usually do all of this myself and it was so nice to not have to worry constantly about every last detail. They chose our room on the ship and it was perfect. From location to size. Our balcony’s was one of the largest I had seen. We went deep sea fishing which was amazing! Played with sloths, monkeys and snorkeled in two different places.
Just weeks before our cruise We had an opportunity come up for our son and almost decided to change our entire trip, thankfully we didn’t have to, but Kim quickly responded and was ready to help with all the changes. For about a week I was overwhelmed with how to make it all work and Kim was constantly there reassuring me it would be fine.
She checked on us before we flight out and made sure we made it safely to Florida after an unexpected flight delay.
I can’t say enough amazing this about the Kuhns.
Thank you so much for making our vacation one to always remember. I’m already thinking about our next trip to let them start planning. ????

I was fortunate enough to get to go on a trip of a lifetime to sail around Hawaii with my amazing wife. If you know us you know we don’t slow down and our honeymoon was no different.
For those interested in this trip or any other vacation you need to reach out to Kim and Paul Kuhn at Cruise Planners. They planned our whole trip and booked all our excursions for us, thank you both for answering the million questions. Here is some of what they booked for us:
~Oahu at Waikiki Beach - beautiful beach area
~ Pride of America Norwegian Cruise ship
~ Maui - rented motorcycles with some awesome friends from back home, literallly not possible without them! Road from sea level up an inactive volcano to 10,000 feet. Dusti’s bike ran out gas and we drifted it 11 miles- thank you Mike!!!
~ Maui - snorkeling and snuba at a huge crater
~ Hilo - rappelled down 125’ waterfall
~ Kona - fun beach day with great food and friends
~ Kauai (our favorite island) - EPIC helicopter tour, rode a river boat to a grotto, went to a SMITH Family Luau that was perfect, kayaked/hiked to a beautiful secret waterfall
~ Oahu toured Pearl Harbor - very cool
It was a perfect trip with the perfect company we just missed all the kids too much to stay.
