Thank you for helping me book this cruise. I was skeptical at first as I have never traveled on Virgin Voyages, however my husband and I had an AMAZING time and will be traveling with them again in the future! Thank you for answering all of my questions and preparing us for different events throughout the ship.
Our family made our first trip to England to take in London and its famous sites. Tim and Annette recommended a CIE tour called "Day Tripper." It was a five night, six day tour featuring London along with major sites to see in nearby towns and villages. Several weeks before the tour a surprise package arrived for each of us. It was a nice backpack that included booklets on England plus worthwhile travel tips, a day by day planner of tour events on what we would see and do, electric current adapters for American appliances, luggage tags, luggage straps, and even a poncho. Before the start of the tour Tim and Annette helped us plan a side trip to the West Midlands area of England to see Dudley Castle and Zoo and the Black Country Living Museum. They found a nice hotel in Dudley and arranged a shuttle to get us there from London and back in plenty of time for our CIE tour. Our CIE tour was exquisite and included lodging at a nice hotel not far from downtown with a very scrumptious breakfast served each morning, an icebreaker partry to meet our travel guests, and a departing dinner. Our Day Tripper CIE tour was led by a very capable leader who explained the sites we visited each day both on the bus and on the tour. In London we visited their most famous sites and then made day trips to Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, Bath, Oxford, Avon on Trent, Canterbury Cathedral and Leeds Castle. A very modern and spacious Volvo Bus was used to take us around and stops were made every two hours for restroom breaks. The tour leader did an excellent job of running interference for us by having our touring tickets ready and he consistently managed to get us to the head of any long lines for attractions that were crowded. Everything was explained and extra time was allotted for additional browsing or visits to gift shops. This was our first trip to England and we hope to go back in the future to visit more of their sites. When we do go, we will be sure to use Tim and Annette to help us choose the best tours, hopefully from CIE, and offer their advice for for visiting any add-on sites that we can see on our own. Our trip was well-planned and ran very well and thanks to Time and Annette for making this so special for us.

Annette is fabulous. She is quick to get back to you and goes out of her way to make everything is done for a smooth vacation. She had everything set for us and even had a special cake for the 40th Anniversary for my friends traveling with us! I would highly recommend Annette for your travel arrangements!!!
Annette was knowledgable and a valued resource while planning our trip. She worked with us to make sure we got the most of out of our time at the Universal Parks and I'd recommend her to anyone planning a vacation.
